And this is why I don't even try to make these wrap up videos. What a great one Clint! And yeah, I always feel like I look like a dufus flailing about in the background! LOL!

Day 2 at about 36:13 that was me in the MST3K shirt with my bald head. I saw you there but did not want to interrupt your morning coffee and vlogging! I'm glad you got to experience Whataburger and Canes deliciousness. I loved talking to the Tandy guys in that room. So. Much. Neat. Stuff!

33:33 and 49:19 it can definitely be said that VCF Southwest is considered the “Home Show” for both Usagi Electric and the 8-Bit Guy since they both live in Texas!
Clint it was a great pleasure to meet you! I never dreamed that my MiniDisc collection would end up in one of your videos on one of your channels.😊 I should've shown you that VU meter MD car Deck in action when I bumped into you(again) going down the stairs at the car park since were literally feet away from it. I didn't want to intrude further, so I didn't but it was nice talking to you on the way into the building & taking a photo with the MD car deck you did show on the video. Thank you!😊 I also had no idea you also went to the video game museum too. I must of barely missed you because I left around the time you showed up. I did notice you did meet Asivery (the developer for WebMD) at the video game museum when discussing the Apple II's. He's a young bright mind and being into retro tech and coding for it at such a young age is commendable. 😊 I'm also happy to see Blerbs back! I did want to ask you if you would mind doing a video on a Japanese dictionary/organizer set of Machines I've gotten. They would make for an interesting video. I did have them in the room when you came in but weren't out on display unfortunately. 😢
Portable electronic dictionaries started becoming big *after* I came home from Japan as an exchange student in the mid 90s. I was too poor to afford one.
I'm happy you were able to enjoy yourself and take the convention in relatively stress-free. I'm the guy with the patch vest holding the Dos 5 book @ 35:51. I grabbed that to go along with the copy of Dos 5 I found at Computer Reset - also thanks to your videos! Thoroughly suggest the show to anybody thinking about attending.
Haha! Glad you remembered everything this time -- I certainly didn't! I was short a ton of cables to make my displays work. Thank goodness for the Microcenter nearby! XD

Tried to install Red Hat 3.0 Linux on it once, lot's of things wouldn't work because it had a proprietary sound AND modem hardware, all in one board (made by IBM). Guess what? No drivers for Linux - was a very common issue at the time.
I thought seeing the Techmoan intro was exciting but knowing that Adrian could get a break from that Plexus long enough to hang out with LGR was truly awesome! Just when I was wondering where the 8 Bit Guy was LGR found him!
The 'MC Mechanic' that Andrew handed you @31:00 is a microchannel POST code reader; Although the cheap parallel port POST code readers work on all PS/2s, Eric (TubeTimeUS) designed the MC Mechanic. You can almost read the credits on the reverse side (I've done a video on it to see it fully populated), including for my limited input for his project. I don't know if it could make your relationship with microchannel systems any easier...
From the UK; I love this style of documentary/vlog. Great to see the American way of doing things, being more easily watchable by your laid back style. Please keep 'em coming when you can.
My hotel check is the "shrimp check" I was in a hotel or motel once that had some old smelly shrimp in the fridge. So I ask my wife or she will ask me any time we're at a hotel to do the "shrimp check"

So you got your fist taste of vintage tech at the hotel before you even arrived at the venue lol.

Clint you have no idea how much these vlogs relax me, exquisitely interesting & chilled. P.S unfortunately there's a downside for people who require complete silence & darkness to sleep, you're really at the mercy of a lot of variables especially when travelling. As a single guy, I've slept every night with my tv on sound n all for ever, therefore i can sleep through most anything, except for one thing.......HEAT & HUMIDITY.
Fun fact, with the amount of views on this video, if everyone watched the entire video we collectively watched 15 years of clint over the past few weeks at the time of this comment.
