That International Hobo guy reminds me a lot of Through the Eyes of This Guy. Forget a chip on their shoulders, both guys have BRICKS on their shoulders. The second guy wasn't even tailgating him from what I could tell. The third one had started to roll forward but was not actually cutting him off at first, until Hobo stopped in the middle of the road, so the cager likely figured he was letting him go ahead of him. Both Eyes and Hobo need to grow up and chillax. Having a bike and a camera does not give you a license to act like an ass just to get views.
