I miss James.
I miss you brother. Thank you for everything.
God speed, James. See you on the other side. But not today!
I have the original Stiletto and the Tactician. I just saw the other day that Surefire released this Pro version of the Stiletto and I was wondering if I should upgrade to it. It seems like there isn't that big of a difference so I will stick with what I have. The funny thing is a 4 minute video like this just saved me $200.
R.I.P. James
Wow. Well I was still on the fence about getting a Surefire Stiletto, but hearing James say that it's the "best utility light" ever? [throws credit card at laptop] Just take my money already!
But seriously, Surefire should have this video on their website because it will do a better job of selling the Stiletto than anything they currently have posted on there. Thanks James, and please keep fighting the good fight!
Damn i miss his videos
Thanks James. The pro on surefire's website is 219.99 and on Big daddy it's 165.00. I initially wanted 2 upgrade but my stilleto and tactician do just fine. I'm not sure the upgrade is worth the price...
I like your reviews. They are grounded in a user experience and not specs read off the internet.
Thanks John.
I've been wondering about the Stilleto pro. So thanks for the video! I'm not looking for anything heavier or larger so I'll go ahead and put the Original Stiletto on my Christmas list.
You will be pleased.
Great video
Can you go a little deeper into why you don’t like the clicky tail cap on for a utility only purposed light? I understand the purpose of a gas pedal switch for a fighting light but I was just wondering why you like that option for a utility light as well?
I have a Low Light video on LiberTV.com
Stiletto is $82.99 on big daddy. Pro is $165.99 which is $63 cheaper then retail. Do you think the Pro is worth spending the extra $83? I mean you can get 2 stilettos for the price of one Pro.
I was pretty clear I thought in the video. No.
You where. The Pro is IPX7 rated if you work around a wet environment. I love my stiletto, plenty of power with zero issues.
Nice shirt
I got the Surefire Sidekick for my mom to carry on her keychain. She loves it. For me, I toyed with buying the Stiletto Pro. Just needed a review. 👍🏻
I prefer the Stiletto.
James Yeager I just found the pro is $229 but I can get the stiletto for $89
As usual GREAT VID G R E A T PRODUCT.. I have the Stiletto... get one! Surefire.... ROCKED this one.
I have the regular stiletto and as much as I like it, for the same reasons you stated, I seem to get NDs all the time from brushing against things and putting my hand in that pocket. have you had that problem/ do you think the pro has made improvements that would prevent NDs?
Your not alone, it doesn't happen that often but I love my stiletto.
I have that problem with my tactician. I keep it in my back pocket and get light NDs all the time especially when I sit down. Kind of embarrassing out at restaurant and what not.
They have a "lockout" function.
At big daddies the pro is $175, the original is $82.
I'm sure you've said it before... why should the light someone uses for fighting be battery-powered rather than rechargeable?
I go into it in great detail in the Low Light video on LiberTV.com
Very useful designs.
What brand is the shirt you be wearing?
Thank you , good vid great insight and comparison again thanks.
Anyone compared the stiletto to the Nitecore p18? Currently on the fence between the two.
One is made in America. The other is owned by the Chinese Communist Party.
@@TacticalResponseCrew Agreed would much rather buy American made. Think I've decided to go with the original stiletto but was just curious as the removable battery and higher output of the p18 for the same price seems appealing but I'm sure you get what you pay for.
Have wanted one for awhile
Anyone have one who would know if it has a case that would fit a belt?
