I didn't see a thing about the lights because I couldn't stop staring at your hair! haha. Just kidding. Great video and comparison. I'm subscribing.
What an awesome family of lights! The Pro 2 is my dream light. To have a flat defensive and admin light in one would be great! I carry two lights, Cloud Defensive MCH in my left pocket for defensive use and (please forgive me) an Olight Baton in my right pocket for an admin light. I can't afford two expensive lights and the Olight works surprisingly well and takes up very little room in my pocket. These awesome lights are too much money for the average guy, and I’m below average on my best day. Haha. Maybe if you don't already own a fancy light you can justify spending that kind of cash, but for a regular guy, it would have to be a birthday or Christmas present. I'll start leaving hints around the apartment for my wife and kid like I'm Ralphie in A Christmas Story. haha. "you'll shoot your eye out kid!" Haha.

What are the downsides to having a light be rechargeable?

      Two main things:
      1. If it's dead and you need it NOW, there's no just swapping batteries, you have to wait for a charge.
      2. One day, when the internal batteries have finished decaying, you pretty much have to throw the item away.

Thanks! After seeing a 3rd new one coming I've decided to keep the basic Stiletto for convivence instead of buying the 2nd version.

Had the OG for 3 years edc and just got the pro. I think the pro is a great mix of size, weight, and output. It’s about as big as I want to carry in normal clothes. I’ll probably eventually get the pro 2 for more outdoor use. I will say, the pro gets noticeably hotter on high than the OG stiletto.

I don’t know what shorts you’re wearing that the pro II wouldn’t fit in the pocket.

It's not the fitment, it's all the weight.

@@thecontemporarygentleman interesting, mine should come tomorrow I am expecting it to carry pretty easily in everything. Carried the regular pro daily since I got it in 2019.

I would love to hear how it works for you. Clothing choices make a good bit of difference too.

@@thecontemporarygentleman carries just as easily as the pro IMO, it’s a half ounce heavier. This in lululemon gym shorts (no belt, drawstring not tied).
Everything good about the pro as an EDC light but excellent as a tactical handheld too. Similar distance to the modlite plh-v2 but with better (wider) throw.
