- A playthrough of Ignition Entertainment's 2005 Game Boy Advance Christmas-themed, elf-studded bowling and shuffleboard extravaganza, Elf Bowling 1 & 2.
Okay, maybe extravaganza is a bit much. I play through both games one after another. The first is standards bowling using elves as pins, the second is shuffleboard using elves as pucks.
I think the major problem with this title is that it was a port of a browser-based Flash game with very little substance added to justify a retail release. It's certainly not bad for a Flash game, but a physical release (no matter how cheap) really needs more than 5-10 minutes of content. Some of the voice clips are pretty funny, though, and a couple were pretty unexpectedly raunchy which helped things :)
My recommendation: try it out, enjoy it for a few minutes, and then don't bother with it again. Preferably for free through the web app.

Continuing with the Christmas spirit, Santa's darker, more genocidal side is prominently displayed as he brutalizes elves in bowling and shuffleboard.
Poor, poor elves.

So in the first one when the deer walks up, I would always try and throw a gutter ball because the ball flies off the lane and knocks the deer out 😂

Yeah. This is honestly very impressive for a GBA port. I haven’t noticed a single sound or music track that DOESN’T sound anything like the original versions.
I Wasn't Even Aware A GBA Port For These Games Existed Until Last Year! But Believe It Or Not, I Found Out About The GBA Port Of These Games From An Actually Very Awful TH-camr That I Actually Liked Back Then Known As TheMysteriousMrEnter, I Can't Believe I Ever Liked Him, And I Can't Believe That He Was How I Found About Elf Bowling 1&2 On The GBA
