Many big youtubers are promoting this website irrespective of the problems which are existing in the system of buying and returning process. This website is clearly saying that it is selling all the refurbished and renewed iPhones and the quality of all the inside and outside products used in the phones are not as per the standards of apple, though they are claiming a 18 months warranty but still you are under stress of continuously using a sub-par device which is not up to the standards of iPhone and this is going to lead at a below benchmark level experience of an iPhone and hence you should not purchase from ControlZ at all.
My video is not to promote any other website or any other app to buy from in comparison to controlZ but still I would like to say that there are many places from where you can buy used devices or used iphones and where a minimum level of changes are made in the device and they might cost you a little higher than the ControlZ devices.
Once you buy devices from this website you are not able to cancel it and get a refund in case of a fraud being done with you or in case of a bad experience they will always offer you a replaced/repaired device and the replacement experience will not be very good since it will take a lot of time and it will be very frustrating and their commitment and automatic working schedule is not optimised.

Plz contact their customer service number. Wo log hi bta denge. Call har baar lag jata hai between 10 am to 5.30pm. ( Aise jaldi hi hona chahiye par agar nhi ho to update Karen kuch din baad).

Ordered iPhone 11 By trusting this Guy...
1st thing Phone don't have Original display and it don't show battery percentage.....
Now the 1st unit was completely dead it was not charging stuck at 1% always.... Did all the pappework for warranty service after the week got the 2nd unit guess what It's back glass was shattered completely...
Horible experience with controlz better to go for Chasify...at least you will get genuine phone...

My buying experience was not great but the customer care call gets connected easily and the team assures me to provide a solution. Conclusion:- At present they have assured me to refund my money as the model/colour was out of stock. So if the experience goes wrong then you can call them for a replacement or refund if replacement is not available.

Try for OLX and within warranty. If not then cashify is safer. But please note any online used store is not 100% safe.
