Loving the DJI Mic Mini! The audio quality is superb and the extra features like wind muff and noise cancellation make it perfect for outdoor vlogging. Highly recommended!
@@MykeLim77771 I've watched tons of video reviews and comparisons and the best I can say about the Mini is that it's no better than all the similar mics in terms of audio quality. Sure it has some extra benefits, but NOT where it counts: AUDIO.
It depends on what you need from these devices. The Rode Wireless Micro fits better into what I need. I like the audio quality better on the Rode vs the DJI Mini. But, I have to say the size of the actual DJI transmitters are spot on! I do like that. Can’t go wrong with either in my opinion.
@ I disagree, maybe someone is only shooting on their phone, but that additional capability to be able to use a mic system with cameras and other devices is never a bad idea, also the options in which Dji is making their products available are so flexible, Rode just made this one set for 150 bucks (Rode Wireless Micro) and that’s it, you can have the Dji in 1 Tx 1 Rx, 2 Tx 1 Rx, or simply just 1 Tx depending on your use case🤷🏻♂️ creators love the flexibility and the ability to buy things as per their budget, Rode is indirectly forcing people to buy the full set even if someone might need only 1 TX 1 Rx version of the same, but its not available, and to get that you have to pay even more money to upgrade to their Wireless Go II (I am in India and Rode is terribly pricy here) which I have and I can confirm that it sounds horrible without processing, as far as the Wireless Mic ME is concerned, its just the basic model, and again for that price, the 1 Tx 1 Rx version of the Dji Mic 2 is such a great value for money. Also, Rode’s routine habit of withholding necessary features for either a future update or the next version of their products is such a crap thing to exist in 2024. Plus, I remember that they didn’t even provide the SC15 cable used for connecting the wireless mics to iPhones/iPads in the box back when I bought the WGO II, so you have to spend extra even to complete your basic kit. Idk man, Rode is currently failing to convince most rational people to buy their products with their heavy marketing but mediocre sound & functionality🤷🏻♂️ also, the size is such an issue
Great video! I have the Mic 2 and just ordered the Mic Mini to avoid the weight/sag.
Amazing! Thanks a lot! Kind regards from Chile ;)
#7 Are you saying the mics are waterproof?
can somebody clarify it has internal recording or not ?? i am getting conflicting answers from the internet ????
It does not have internal recording
Pretty poor audio quality!!!
