All purpose flour - 1 cup
Curd - 1/3 cup
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Food colour (orange/yellow)- 2 pinch
Sugar - 2/ cup

I also want to add one thing.. if you add 1 or 2 cardamom in the sugar syrup...your syrup becomes more delicious.. and jalebi becomes too tasty..

I tried your recipe today. I'm not a fan of jalebis due to its sweetness and no flavor. But I must say this was the best recipe ever. Thank you. I was done in half an hour from scratch to a dish full of crunchy yummy jalebis. How easy it was I can't imagine myself. With the addition of lemon juice into the syrup made me love the jalebis again. It became so flavourful and delicious. I just did one change instead of two cups of sugar I used 1 cup to make it less sweet and it turned out perfect for my taste and my family's. Thank you again for such a wonderful recipe. Yes I will never buy jalebis from store again. Hugs from Canada.
