I have several :) They were great radios back on the day. Got my first one 1983. I still have it. This particular one was made for airplanes. They made a special version for helicopters. It had some special mixing. Its easy to identify it by the two knobs on top. FP-T7FGH.
A moden version of this would sell… everything the same, but the antenna.. swittch to 2.4.. make a screen on the bottom for model switching and whatnot.. but the basic nature of this thing is kinda pretty… its like vintage art..

You can simply plug in a modern 2.4 module in the back with this transmitter - yes it is pretty to look at!
I have an FG series futaba also have you had a chance to connect it to your servos yet
