Yes it can be. you just have to make sure not to over do it, and there’s nothing in my room i can’t lift by myself or take apart when it’s time to pack it up. If you honestly look at the video you’ll notice that’s there’s really only one area of my room ( around the window) that is really decorated and I made it the focus point
No I don’t have much knowledge about field hospitals honestly but from what I heard you’re attached to the hospital but usually at a out patient clinic. Yes there are one laundry room on each floor (2)

I moved out of barracks myself with my suv it’s honestly not that much added furniture
And the army do provide moving services for people in the barracks as well for free
