Then you don't have to worry about anything, it happens automatically, if you still not getting average then you have to clean the injectors air filters and check engine compression

Hi Mukesh,I've been watching your videos for the last few days,found quite realistic & very useful. I've a problem with my Bajaj Pulsar 150 classic ( launch model,yr 2003). The engine stops when I depress the clutch & release the throttle( zero throttle),And while in motion,if I increase the throttle,the bike engine starts again. I do not see any blue or black smoke coming from the silencer & the bike kick-starts only at a raised throttle. One local mechanic told me to change the carburetor & an other mechanic told me that the cylinder should be re-bored,valves & camshaft to be changed.Pls suggest as to what exactly could be the problem & how to fix.
Sir please suggest me . Problems: 1 RPM flactuates 2 Start off ocationally specially when low rpm 3 Acceleration missing 4 Kick start problem , most of the time choke failed to start the engine. Finally its like , engine starts and stops with its own interest . Cleaned the carborator , cleaned the fuel tank, change the spark plug but problems still remains . Please give ur advice .
It may be getting air from between Carburetor and intake connection pipe Start the engine and try drop petrol between intake side and see if RPM drops or increases if it does then there is an vacuum leak.
Vacuum leak ho sakta hai, carburetor se lekar engine ke intake ke bich me jo badi pipe hoti hai usme koi choti pipe se hawa ja rahi hai un choti pipes ko band karo fir check karo result kya hai
I am having a problem in my bike please give me suggestion. my bike was missing above 60 km/hr then i replaced air filter spark plug and cleaned carburator and there was a hole in air filter box i msealed it .after doing that my missing problem was fixed but now bike rpm in idle is fluctuating and turning engine off sometimes .it was my first time cleaning and tuning carburetor. do you think i did mistake in tuning?
Yes, might have either tightened the air fuel mixture screw or loosened it, either open or close the mixture screw one full round and check the response and also check for air vacuum leakage by putting some fuel drops around joints of intake tube

Haan tuning sahi nahi hui hai, tuning karte waqt agar jyada RPM badhaoge to fir low RPM par idle sahi nahi honge. Tuning low RPM par karo means Idle RPM se thoda sa RPM badha ke karo, mene low RPM par tuning karne ka simple method bataya hai meri dusri video me use mere channel me check karo aur jese mene tuning batai hai vese tuning karo.

Mechanic ne carb khola aur problem shuru ho gai, to ho sakta hai ki mechanic ne koi part miss kar diya hoga. Me hota to sabse pehle carburetor ko poora khol ke sare parts verify karta ki apni jagah par hai ki nahi 6000 se upar na jane ka ek reason ye bhi hota hai jab carburetor ko poora flow se fuel na mil raha ho. Carburetor ke niche ek screw hota hai float ke niche usme ek tube judi hogi. Us screw ko thoda khol ke check karo ki fuel poore flow me gir raha hai ki nahi fuel proper flow me girna chahiye. Mere 2 viewers ki bike me yahi problem thi. check karo aur batana

Sir recently my garage mechanic wash my carborator and adjust tappet now my bike stop in the morning when i start..like in morning i start my bike and if i go 5-10step then off thn again start thn off but after run sometime it works properly.that’s mean when engine is hit bike works and run properly and when normal bike stop after sometimes And my mechanic telling me to change bike valve and it will works.can u please tell me the problem and ans?

Actually sir mere pas apache 150 hai vo bada pareshan rehti hai jab throttle deta hu to rpm dheere dhree kam hota hai aur 40 50pe missing bhi aur yar kabhi kabhi to shuru bhi nahi hoti, Carburetor change krna hoga kya, Aaj kal to chalu bhi nahi ho rhi hai vo isi chakkar mein
If the RPM is fluctuating and there is no vacuum leak of any type around intake manifold, then you must check the carburetor because 90% the carburetor is the main culprit for the fluctuating RPM, however you must also change the spark plug as well if Spark plug is old.
@@Mukeshmiktecrep I'll be checking the ignition coil resistence, and the plugs are new. what do i look inside the carb for that can cause this? i just got the bore piston replaced, head faces, seat cut and new valves lapped, new timing chain and rocker arms.

Agar service se pehle sahi chal rahi thi aur baad me jhatke lene lag gai hai to fir Clutch plate ka to koi lena dena hai hi nahi. Ese mechanic ke pas kabhi mat jao jo har issue me clutch plate change karne ki salah deta ho, inko kamai karni hoti hai aur clutch plate sabse jaldi aur aasani se change ho jati hai, inke pas pese aane chahiye inhe koi matlab nahi hai. Dekho 40 50 ki speed par jhatke lene ka matlab hai air fuel ke mixture ka sahi na hona. Pehle to carburetor ki tuning karo sahi se, uske baad bhi jhatke le to air leak ka issue ho sakta hai, matlab ki jo pipe carburetor aur engine ke intake se jhuda hota hai us pipe se air le rahi hogi bike. Vese to carburetor ki tuning karo aur ye bhi check karna ki carburetor me pani na ho. Agar issue solve nahi hota to mere ************ par call karna fir me samjhaunga.
bhai mera activa 125 bs4 , july 2019 mein liya tha 4000 km chala he. lekin ab rpm stable nahin rehta hai. starting ho jata hai lekin jyada rev karnele baad tuning slow hojata hai aur band hojata hai. rpm kabhi high kabhi low hota hai. solutiin kya hai bhai.
Dear Friend, I own a pulsar ug3 .After on service I found the RPM starts fluctuating even at idling time..Accelerating time it's dancing to red mark even. While happening that time I can hear tik tik noise (something like Carburettor piston noise ,not sure but ).Also I tried to set the idling to 3000 and tune the carb but as idling dancing can't do that too...Is it may be because the HT coil/CDI unit water gone inside or Caruburettor problem???

Ye problem carburetor ki hai carburetor ke piche wala jo screw hai vo kuch jyada hi tight kar diya hai, jiski vajah se jab gadi idle pe hoti hai to use petrol kam milta hai aur jab race dete hai to main jet se petrol jyada mil jata hai to jese hi race chodte hai to petrol kam aur air jyada hone ki vajah se rpm down hone me time lagta hai
Sir I have Karizma r 2013, I have had complete engine make over new block piston timing chain and more. The issue is when I throttle to high rpm and drop the rpm is still stuck at high rpm I have to change gear to bring the rpm down what could be the problem.

My bike alwys drops acceleration during 3k-4k rpm in around 45-65 speed,been to service center 4times but d problem is still there,cn this be the problem?
My bike has throttle problem.when my bike come to 30-40 speed its stop automatically.I saw the bike to mechanic and he try to repair two times still same problems with the bike .he told me that there was diesel mix in your tank.then I drained all oil from tank and then try again still same is happening with the bike.so I am unable to get the solution.please reply me
If it runs properly over full throttle and stops at low throttle or RPM then it's possible that your idle jet may be clogged. But if everything is perfect in carburetor and still that problem persists then there are chances that your bike is not able to produce spark at low RPMs. Check your spark plug is producing current when kicked lightly. If possible then I will put video of the same problem
@@Mukeshmiktecrep it's work on light kick and run smoothly on higher RPM and lower rpm but throttle does not respond middle of the RPM.mechanic told me everything I checked In two times but there is not such a problem. He suggested me to run the bike on long route it will be all right.my bike was on parking for last 20 days of lockdown and then I face such a problem.And when I run the bike with chock till high rpm then I stop the chock ,it runs smoothly no problem.

Hai brother, i have a passion pro, i was cleaning the carburetor while cleaning the carburetor i lost the air screw tiny washer (below the air screw spring), after fixed the carburetor without the washer i fell that my rpm is not stable and not only that when i tight the air screw my rpm is getting reduces but loosening(opening) the screw it is not getting reduced. Does the tiny washer play major role in idling or some other problem Thanks brother.

Crank repair to ho jate unme crank pin, connecting rod aur bearing new dal jate hai par main baat aati hai crank ke dono weights ki alignment aur unka balance banane me, Jo balancing highly accurate machine dwara hoti hai vo balancing wood ke upar mar mar ke align karne se nahi ho pati, isliye hi crank repair ke baad engine me vibration badh jati hai .......... Agar vibration se koi problem nahi hai to pese bachane ke liye crank ko repair karwaya ja sakta hai, nahi to agar money problem na ho to fir crank new hi dalni chahiye.

Friend, petrol cock se petrol carburetor ke float chamber me bhar jata hai uske baad aap fuel petcock ko band kar dete ho to vo bhara rehta hai aur usse bike chalti hai, raat raat me fuel ud jata hai carburetor me se jo bachta hai usse gadi chalti hai.

Ek kaam karo, jab tuning karoge, tab mixture screw ko poora andar tak ghuma dena tight mat karna fir jaha ruk jae vaha se 2 round bahar kholna, fir dheere dheere screw ko kholte chale jana ye dekhna ki RPM down hone kaha shuru ho jate hai, jaha RPM down aae screw ghumane se vaha se aadha chakkar andar ghuma dena matlab screw aadha chakkar tight karn dena.
Bike power kai reasons ki vajah se nahi leti hai. 1. Cylinder piston ghis jana, cylinder piston normally 20000 - 30000 km me ghis jate hai agar maintenance nahi ho to. Second tuning, tuning sahi honi chahiye aur RPM thoda badha ke rakho, agar tum bilkul low RPM rakhoge to band jarur hogi kuki accelerator khichte hi fuel nahi khichta use time lagta hai. 3. Air filter jam hone se bhi ye hota hai, agar air filter kabhi change nahi hua hai to use change karo.

भाई जी यही प्रॉब्लम मेरी बाइक में भी है। बाइक नई है और यह प्रॉब्लम है। 2100 RPM पे सुई है और वो हमेशा flatuate करती रहती है जिससे इंजिन में भी flatuation रहता है। जब बाइक थोड़ी गरम हो जाती है तो उस कन्डीशन में जब स्टार्ट करता हूँ तो 4000 RPM से नीचे जल्दी सुई नही आती। थोड़ी मसक्कत के बाद फिर 2100 पे धीरे धीरे आती है। इन्जन से काफी आवाज़ आती है। अभी पहली सर्विसिंग भी नही हुई है। मात्र 300 km चली है। क्या करू? हीरो एक्सट्रीम स्पोर्ट्स बाइक है।
Meri nayi bike pulsar 125 mein har baar hota hai jab engine thanda ho toh. Bike start hoti hai at 800-1000rpm lekin gear maarte se hi ruk jaati hain . Usko idling par rakh kar agar throttle diya toh rpm ki needle atak atak jaati hai upar aur aisi feeling aati hai as if engine mein fuel hi na ho. Bike marte marte 4000 rpm tak jate hai. Garam ho jane k baad kabhi issue nhi aaya , but bike sirf 3 hafte purani hai aur har din 15 min lag jaate hai sahi se chalne mein. 😕 Lastly , 5km ki ride karne k baad agar bike roki toh rpm 2000-1500 tak rehta .....Sir Please tell me what's the issue. 150 CC Se niche ki bike me thand ke mausam me start hone me problem aati hai, kuki hawa thandi hoti hai, engine cylinder thanda hota hai aur fuel bhi thanda hota hai. Isliye choke diya jata hai. bro i am using thunderbird 350 .from 1year onwards i didn't used my bike. after in today morning i started my bike that was not starting. so cleaned the carburetor and air filter and also the spark plugs and again started my bike that was not started. and checked the spark pulg voltage and it getting 12v but from ignition coil the high voltage was not coming and also check ignition coil of primary coil and secondary coil ohm its ok ..and also i checked my ignition coil in another bike in that the high voltage is coming .plse give a solution to my problem and one thing bro i checked my engine oil there is on engine oil in bike is there any connection to get a high voltage for ignition coil...

If your scooter turns off when you switch on your headlight then there must be a short circuit which is stopping current from reaching to CDI, Second thing the engine also produces buk buk sound when accelerated, there is some specific type of issue, make a video of the issue and send me on wats app **********

Hi Mukesh,I've been watching your videos for the last few days,found quite realistic & very useful.
I've a problem with my Bajaj Pulsar 150 classic ( launch model,yr 2003).
The engine stops when I depress the clutch & release the throttle( zero throttle),And while in motion,if I increase the throttle,the bike engine starts again.
I do not see any blue or black smoke coming from the silencer & the bike kick-starts only at a raised throttle.
One local mechanic told me to change the carburetor & an other mechanic told me that the cylinder should be re-bored,valves & camshaft to be changed.Pls suggest as to what exactly could be the problem & how to fix.
How much km it has covered since last cylinder piston work?

It may be getting air from between Carburetor and intake connection pipe
Start the engine and try drop petrol between intake side and see if RPM drops or increases if it does then there is an vacuum leak.

my bike was missing above 60 km/hr then i replaced air filter spark plug and cleaned carburator and there was a hole in air filter box i msealed it .after doing that my missing problem was fixed but now bike rpm in idle is fluctuating and turning engine off sometimes .it was my first time cleaning and tuning carburetor.

Yes, might have either tightened the air fuel mixture screw or loosened it, either open or close the mixture screw one full round and check the response and also check for air vacuum leakage by putting some fuel drops around joints of intake tube

what if the intake has a perfect rubber manifold? where to look then?
If the RPM is fluctuating and there is no vacuum leak of any type around intake manifold, then you must check the carburetor because 90% the carburetor is the main culprit for the fluctuating RPM, however you must also change the spark plug as well if Spark plug is old.
@@Mukeshmiktecrep I'll be checking the ignition coil resistence, and the plugs are new. what do i look inside the carb for that can cause this? i just got the bore piston replaced, head faces, seat cut and new valves lapped, new timing chain and rocker arms.
Clean the carburetor and readjust the mixture screw set the RPM between 1200-1400 , as you have done everything.

sir mere pass Pulsar 220 hai abhi meine kuch Dino pehele bike ki servicing ki hai, caburator, airfilter sab clean kiya hai but 1 problem arri hai bike mey. jab bhi mey bike ko 40 ya 50 ke speed pe chalata hu toa vo zatke dene lagti hai... Meyne mechanic ko dikhaya toa vo bolta clutch plate change krna padta but servicing se pehele bike smooth runn hori thi but abhi carburetor ke cleaning ke baad vo zatke dene lagi hai kya apki Mujhe iska solution Bata sakte hi
Agar service se pehle sahi chal rahi thi aur baad me jhatke lene lag gai hai to fir Clutch plate ka to koi lena dena hai hi nahi.
Ese mechanic ke pas kabhi mat jao jo har issue me clutch plate change karne ki salah deta ho, inko kamai karni hoti hai aur clutch plate sabse jaldi aur aasani se change ho jati hai, inke pas pese aane chahiye inhe koi matlab nahi hai.
Dekho 40 50 ki speed par jhatke lene ka matlab hai air fuel ke mixture ka sahi na hona.
Pehle to carburetor ki tuning karo sahi se, uske baad bhi jhatke le to air leak ka issue ho sakta hai, matlab ki jo pipe carburetor aur engine ke intake se jhuda hota hai us pipe se air le rahi hogi bike.
Vese to carburetor ki tuning karo aur ye bhi check karna ki carburetor me pani na ho.
Agar issue solve nahi hota to mere ************ par call karna fir me samjhaunga.

bhai mera activa 125 bs4 , july 2019 mein liya tha 4000 km chala he. lekin ab rpm stable nahin rehta hai. starting ho jata hai lekin jyada rev karnele baad tuning slow hojata hai aur band hojata hai. rpm kabhi high kabhi low hota hai. solutiin kya hai bhai.

I own a pulsar ug3 .After on service I found the RPM starts fluctuating even at idling time..Accelerating time it's dancing to red mark even. While happening that time I can hear tik tik noise (something like Carburettor piston noise ,not sure but ).Also I tried to set the idling to 3000 and tune the carb but as idling dancing can't do that too...Is it may be because the HT coil/CDI unit water gone inside or Caruburettor problem???
Bro I've same problem after i muself cleaned the carburattor..tell me if you've solved this problem,, should i need to change air mixture screw.. Or something else.. Pls help

Ye problem carburetor ki hai carburetor ke piche wala jo screw hai vo kuch jyada hi tight kar diya hai, jiski vajah se jab gadi idle pe hoti hai to use petrol kam milta hai aur jab race dete hai to main jet se petrol jyada mil jata hai to jese hi race chodte hai to petrol kam aur air jyada hone ki vajah se rpm down hone me time lagta hai
Sir I have Karizma r 2013, I have had complete engine make over new block piston timing chain and more.
The issue is when I throttle to high rpm and drop the rpm is still stuck at high rpm I have to change gear to bring the rpm down what could be the problem.

My bike has throttle problem.when my bike come to 30-40 speed its stop automatically.I saw the bike to mechanic and he try to repair two times still same problems with the bike .he told me that there was diesel mix in your tank.then I drained all oil from tank and then try again still same is happening with the bike.so I am unable to get the solution.please reply me
If it runs properly over full throttle and stops at low throttle or RPM then it's possible that your idle jet may be clogged.
But if everything is perfect in carburetor and still that problem persists then there are chances that your bike is not able to produce spark at low RPMs.
Check your spark plug is producing current when kicked lightly. If possible then I will put video of the same problem
@@Mukeshmiktecrep it's work on light kick and run smoothly on higher RPM and lower rpm but throttle does not respond middle of the RPM.mechanic told me everything I checked In two times but there is not such a problem. He suggested me to run the bike on long route it will be all right.my bike was on parking for last 20 days of lockdown and then I face such a problem.And when I run the bike with chock till high rpm then I stop the chock ,it runs smoothly no problem.

Hai brother, i have a passion pro, i was cleaning the carburetor while cleaning the carburetor i lost the air screw tiny washer (below the air screw spring), after fixed the carburetor without the washer i fell that my rpm is not stable and not only that when i tight the air screw my rpm is getting reduces but loosening(opening) the screw it is not getting reduced.
Does the tiny washer play major role in idling or some other problem

No tiny washer is used to avoid any scratches on the carburetor hole where the spring sits.

Crank repair to ho jate unme crank pin, connecting rod aur bearing new dal jate hai par main baat aati hai crank ke dono weights ki alignment aur unka balance banane me, Jo balancing highly accurate machine dwara hoti hai vo balancing wood ke upar mar mar ke align karne se nahi ho pati, isliye hi crank repair ke baad engine me vibration badh jati hai .......... Agar vibration se koi problem nahi hai to pese bachane ke liye crank ko repair karwaya ja sakta hai, nahi to agar money problem na ho to fir crank new hi dalni chahiye.

Hello Sir, I have a Hero Honda CBZ old model and i have problem that in cold engine does not start without choke and after regular riding for 15 20 mins rpm increasing like anything... Again in cold not having idle rpm but after riding for 15 20 minutes rpm increasing and bike continuously revving.
Carburetor tuning is not correct and also there is a change that idle jet is clogged.

Ek kaam karo, jab tuning karoge, tab mixture screw ko poora andar tak ghuma dena tight mat karna fir jaha ruk jae vaha se 2 round bahar kholna, fir dheere dheere screw ko kholte chale jana ye dekhna ki RPM down hone kaha shuru ho jate hai, jaha RPM down aae screw ghumane se vaha se aadha chakkar andar ghuma dena matlab screw aadha chakkar tight karn dena.

1. Cylinder piston ghis jana, cylinder piston normally 20000 - 30000 km me ghis jate hai agar maintenance nahi ho to.
Second tuning, tuning sahi honi chahiye aur RPM thoda badha ke rakho, agar tum bilkul low RPM rakhoge to band jarur hogi kuki accelerator khichte hi fuel nahi khichta use time lagta hai.
3. Air filter jam hone se bhi ye hota hai, agar air filter kabhi change nahi hua hai to use change karo.

भाई जी यही प्रॉब्लम मेरी बाइक में भी है। बाइक नई है और यह प्रॉब्लम है। 2100 RPM पे सुई है और वो हमेशा flatuate करती रहती है जिससे इंजिन में भी flatuation रहता है। जब बाइक थोड़ी गरम हो जाती है तो उस कन्डीशन में जब स्टार्ट करता हूँ तो 4000 RPM से नीचे जल्दी सुई नही आती। थोड़ी मसक्कत के बाद फिर 2100 पे धीरे धीरे आती है। इन्जन से काफी आवाज़ आती है। अभी पहली सर्विसिंग भी नही हुई है। मात्र 300 km चली है। क्या करू? हीरो एक्सट्रीम स्पोर्ट्स बाइक है।

Meri nayi bike pulsar 125 mein har baar hota hai jab engine thanda ho toh. Bike start hoti hai at 800-1000rpm lekin gear maarte se hi ruk jaati hain . Usko idling par rakh kar agar throttle diya toh rpm ki needle atak atak jaati hai upar aur aisi feeling aati hai as if engine mein fuel hi na ho. Bike marte marte 4000 rpm tak jate hai. Garam ho jane k baad kabhi issue nhi aaya , but bike sirf 3 hafte purani hai aur har din 15 min lag jaate hai sahi se chalne mein. 😕 Lastly , 5km ki ride karne k baad agar bike roki toh rpm 2000-1500 tak rehta .....Sir Please tell me what's the issue. 150 CC Se niche ki bike me thand ke mausam me start hone me problem aati hai, kuki hawa thandi hoti hai, engine cylinder thanda hota hai aur fuel bhi thanda hota hai. Isliye choke diya jata hai.

bro i am using thunderbird 350 .from 1year onwards i didn't used my bike. after in today morning i started my bike that was not starting. so cleaned the carburetor and air filter and also the spark plugs and again started my bike that was not started. and checked the spark pulg voltage and it getting 12v but from ignition coil the high voltage was not coming and also check ignition coil of primary coil and secondary coil ohm its ok ..and also i checked my ignition coil in another bike in that the high voltage is coming .plse give a solution to my problem and one thing bro i checked my engine oil there is on engine oil in bike is there any connection to get a high voltage for ignition coil...

My scooter truns off itself when I turn on head light, producing sound buk buk. And some time it doesn't take accelerator and produce same sound buk buk. What is the problem?
If your scooter turns off when you switch on your headlight then there must be a short circuit which is stopping current from reaching to CDI, Second thing the engine also produces buk buk sound when accelerated, there is some specific type of issue, make a video of the issue and send me on wats app **********
