i have a 200ns ...sir ....during cold start my bike starts but it keeps shutting down, it does not stay ideal untill my engine is warm....it take like 4-5 minutes to warm up the engine and run in ideal ...my afr screw is in 3 turn........and if i keep in 2.5 turn and below, after riding for some kms when the engine is hot the rpm takes time to come down (as in this video).... Your tuning is wrong, don't tune the AFR screw on high RPM, you will never get the correct idle or pickup, open afr screw 4 turns and then check, always keep the IDLE RPM between 1200-1400, never less

activa 5g is not starting again after running 5-6 kms,i am using kick (though battery is down). What may be the problem 4200 kms odo reading(Air filter) or carburator vaccum leak? please suggest solution,i can see the spark and vehicle is properly tunned.
The problem may be due to many reasons: 1. The auto fuel petcock might be leaking or it's diaphragm is torn out, you can check by sucking air from the pipe which connects to intake, once you suck air you will find fuel coming out from the air vacuum pipe, you can use a syringe to make vacuum. 2. If you can see spark then there are two problems left, either the the compression of the engine is low due to stuck valve or tight valve clearance or the engine is not getting fuel . My doubt is on valve tappet clearance

Hi Please find the video link below for my bike issue. th-cam.com/video/gOjrQIn8vjA/w-d-xo.html The same problem exists for my bike (Yamaha FZ16 2013 model V1) too. When I raise my throttle and release it, the rpm stays high and reduce with a delay. What I did is I reduced my idle screw which makes the rpm reduce immediately when I release the throttle (temporary adjustment) and now the issue is this hissing sound only at 2000 rpm. For other rpms its not producing the sound and bike is also smooth. I showed the issue to a Yamaha service centre and they suggest to change the exhaust value which I don't think is the issue. Still the unstable rpm you explained in this video exists which I manage temporarily with reducing the idle screw to exact 1000 rpm but hissing sound is coming only at 2000 rpm when I raise the throttle and keeping the rpm at 2000. Please reply me whats the solution for this.

Agar High RPM par mixture screw tight karna pada hai to tumhe iska matlab hai Main jet chota lagana padega.
Aur agar RPM mixture screw kholna pada hai to Main jet bada size ka lagana padega.

Sometimes the accelerator cable sticks , check for vacuum leak as well
activa 5g is not starting again after running 5-6 kms,i am using kick (though battery is down). What may be the problem 4200 kms odo reading(Air filter) or carburator vaccum leak? please suggest solution,i can see the spark and vehicle is properly tunned.
The problem may be due to many reasons:
1. The auto fuel petcock might be leaking or it's diaphragm is torn out, you can check by sucking air from the pipe which connects to intake, once you suck air you will find fuel coming out from the air vacuum pipe, you can use a syringe to make vacuum.
2. If you can see spark then there are two problems left, either the the compression of the engine is low due to stuck valve or tight valve clearance or the engine is not getting fuel .
My doubt is on valve tappet clearance

1. Usme ye problem do vajah se aati hai ek tuning ki vajah se.

2. Doosri throttle slide ke atakne ki vajah se vo atkegi to bhi RPM down hone me time lagega.
uske solution hai carburetor ko khol ke uski proper fitting aur slide ko upar niche karke dekhna padta hai ki vo fas ke chal raha hai ya uski movement smooth hai

@@Mukeshmiktecrep Maybe Engine is getting under load and that's the reason behind those vibration, TVS service agency personal told me that yeh same issue TVS Rider mein bhi hai aur dono bikes isi saal launch hui hai, is se pehle kisi bike mein yeh issue nahi aaye hai.
Actually me TVS bikes ke crankshaft purely balanced nahi hote jese HOnda ke engines hote hai, isliye vibration issues hote hai

सर नामष्कार 🙏 हमारी बाइक जो डिस्कवर 150cc है जिसका हमने अभी 7 महीने पहले हाफ इंजन का काम किया था और अभी पिछले 5 दिनों से हो ये रहा है कि जब हम बाइक को 5 किलोमीटर चलते है ओर बाइक को रोक कर एक्सीलेटर देते है तो RPM तुरन्त नीचे हजार पर नही आता बल्कि कुछ सेकंड तक 1400 पर रुककर फिर धीरे धीरे नीचे आता है फिर हमने सुबह के वक़्त जब इंजन ठंडा होता है इसी चीज को चेक किया तब कोई दिक्कत नही होती RPM तुरन्त नीचे हजार पर आता है एक्सीलेटर छोड़ते ही आपके हिसाब से हमे क्या करना चाहिए 🙏 धन्यवाद

Bro mere pass platina hai 2006 and us mai main problem ye hai ke us ka idle set nai hota bike apne aap band hoti hai. Throttle dete hai to rpm badh jata hai kuch der baad kam ho jata hai like after 5 ya 6 seconds baad. Infact kabhi kabhi khade khade b kam zada hoti hai race. Haiiii I m from Kerala I m having rx135 5s my bike cylinder ported out for high powerband pkw28 kehin card is now fitted,reedvalve manifold are new one magnet side engine seal changed with new one.However my idle is not getting!!!!!. But bike having high powerband performance no missing no other issues idle is not getting
Jetting is necessary, try to change the idle jet and check for vacuum leaks.

The same problem exists for my bike (Yamaha FZ16 2013 model V1) too. When I raise my throttle and release it, the rpm stays high and reduce with a delay. What I did is I reduced my idle screw which makes the rpm reduce immediately when I release the throttle (temporary adjustment) and now the issue is this hissing sound only at 2000 rpm. For other rpms its not producing the sound and bike is also smooth.
I showed the issue to a Yamaha service centre and they suggest to change the exhaust value which I don't think is the issue.
Still the unstable rpm you explained in this video exists which I manage temporarily with reducing the idle screw to exact 1000 rpm but hissing sound is coming only at 2000 rpm when I raise the throttle and keeping the rpm at 2000.
