All of this, "if you bump and the player gets concussed then you're in trouble" isn't written anywhere. I'm a Port supporter so i'm obviously biased but I've said the same thing for previous incidents too, but if there's no contact to the head then it's a legal bump and there's nothing in the laws of the game that deems the action as illegal based on the outcome of the other player. That's the way Port should be arguing the charge, if he didn't get him high then he hasn't actually broken any of the rules of the game.
