That shallow pool used to be a kids' pool with slides. This resort used to be a family resort. The reviews were terrible so they changed it to adult only, and since then, it's been doing really well.

Great video! Will be visiting Royalton CHic next week good to know about the foam pool party’s and if you are lot a diamond club member no alcohol is included during the day but the night there is! Thank you

Lovely video. The RCC is even better in person. We got married there last year in May 23 and we are returning there this year May to celebrate our anniversary. I thought it was clean, the staff were nice, the atmosphere was good and I loved most of the food. The sea view luxury junior suite - Diamond Club was nice too. I felt very safe at this hotel.

Do you pay with US MONEY or can you use your card for everything? I know it’s all inclusive but what do you have to pay for

Great vid! Are there easily accessible stairs to get to all of the floors? I’m going in may and get claustrophobic in elevators 😅
I admire you. I definitely wouldn't stay at a high rise resort if I couldn't take the elevator.

Yes there are stairs, I saw some located from the back of the Diamond Club lobby. They weren’t very obvious. They are very tiring to go up and down though as there’s lots of them.
Do they charge an additional incidental fee to ur card?
They charge the environmental tax.
how much is it to upgrade to diamond club if you get to the resort on a regular rate from expedia?
You'd need to check with Expedia.

No. It's all inclusive

So the pool on floor 16 isn't only for resort guests?

Too much upcharge. If I’m diamond club why I can’t go to cloud 9? Too misleading.
You can go to the rooftop pool.
Cloud 9 is a private meal experience. You can go everywhere else with Diamond Club and there are still plenty of restaurants to go without Cloud 9. Main benefits of Diamond Club are a Butler that books your reservations, access to a quieter separate pool, domestic drinks at the pool party on level 18 and better drinks at the separate pool. If you’re not a drinker or don’t mind queuing for dinners then it’s not essential to buy it. If you can get DC for a good rate then id get it.
