I love using the c1 in space since that was where it worked the best. I'd also use it for ground matches but after awhile I found other supports for ground at 600
I do love this little series. There's so many suits and many I've never encountered. Seeing one pulled out from the hanger is always a joy because sometimes they aren't always just weak like the Gunner. Just sometimes they aren't as good as the rest around them, but are still quite suitable suits to use.
They had a minor renaissance for a while after steam's launch when everyone was trying everything but disappeared after the thunderbolts and mp zz arrived. I've personally never touched mine because I've only had the lvl 2, I guess getting the 650 version was a blessing in disguise. I should try playing this sometimes, I do like being up close and personal even with supports.
Lemme say it all how it is my bois- No matter what my most played MS stat looks, nothing else matters the Zeta Plus(s) will always be *mine* my ACE my mf PRODIGAL SON. I either dog walk or severely humble the enemy team even when it’s a L jumping session CAN I GET AN AMEN🗣️🗣️
New to the game through Steam, and these videos have been a lovely experience in learning some of the specifics. GBO2 seems like such a unique game in that each mobile suit has so many potential quirks to learn, and this series (season 1 and now 2) provides a nice in-depth look at a single suit each time, preventing information overload. Great job, and I eagerly await more!
@@Mobilesuitk9 Initially I was playing mostly the Kampfer, who I still enjoy, but my true love has been the GM III Powered. I've only got the 500 version, and I initially thought it might be a little outgunned during 500 and 550 matches, but the slow and steady approach coupled with the second tackle has proven really solid.
Hi! Zeta plus c1 main on PC here! I still feel like it's quite strong just for the burst potential and versatility added with it being a transformable. While the downtime can be punishing parts can help remedy it a bit. But at 700 it's just way too risky to run seriously because of all the range oriented raids xD Great video though!
I like that "it's been a minute" is at the 1:00 min mark of the vid, nice touch. Anyway, from my experience I've seen a good amount of C1's personally and I've used mine a good bit and it's a solid suit, tho I kinda suck at the transformer suits but that's on me. It reminds me of a more nimble Gelgoog J so it gets a thumbs up in my book, I still like Gelgoog J even at 600 more tho. But that's cause I'm an old dog, lol!
I'm a PC player, who got this randomly in an after match chest, and while I don't bust it out often being a general main as well, whenever I feel like playing a support its either this of the FA Mk3 and they never dissapoint me.
I don't think its all that bad at 600-650. Heavy stagger is something that isn't found on many suits, and creates openings for the follow up attack in waverider mode or for your team to utterly destroy whatever is you stun. The Angelo Zulu has massive piercing damage with the Bruno Gun Kai, and the Zaku IV is a tank that can snipe, break ma, has a boosting stagger, and DC2 to stop a lot of the build stun weapons at 600. But with Aux Generators, the C1 can ready up both guns relatively fast , cover a lot of ground tranformed, and has a niche spot in being able to heavy stagger and have balancers and combo controller. Its far from unused, though definitely power creeped in certain areas. I just finished getting the expansion slots on mine as an alternative to the Hamma Hamma on larger maps. And the Delta nerf really didn't hurt it. The win rate and other metrics are still really high, as support players and those who know what they're doing with it are better than the countless players using it as a stun-resistant general with type advantage over other generals.
Yeah 600 can be rough for certain suits now. You can still get some good results, but now you really need to push the suit to its limits and also get lucky at the same time.
You have to play around with some of the camouflage skins. It changes depending on what MS you want it on, and it won't always work for some of them. But with some experimenting you should be able to get something close to whatever it is you want (sometimes).

I had some good matches in space as well, but nothing that I thought was good enough to make it into the video. Still a lot of fun in space though.

Best of luck to you. It took me about 2 - 3 matches before I finally figured things out with it.
WE'RE BACK BABEEEEEEEE YEAH
Honestly I've been staring this suit down in the DP shop for ages, guess it's time to dive in
Impossible, the C1 could not have flown too close to the sun, for it doesn't have the boost for it.

What suit(s) are you typically using on Steam?

Like the Heavy, I have it in my hanger. It's own home to frolic in... We need to buff Supports so we can see them back in their true home!!

I would say it needs stun resistance when transformed.
Stun resistance would go nicely with it.

I always wanted this suit, but I didn't have the rank for the longest time
I used to love this suit, its still pretty aight but i just cant handle 600, its the most painful cost range

Gundam x AC hhhmmmm seems new to me.
I actually used it recently and did really well I think I got 1st
im curious, how did you get the ability to paint the mask with white ?
i can only paint the head and vent
