I've been using these oppo pm-3 headphones for over a decade at this point lol, replaced the earmuff pads once so far headband is finally starting to show wear, might wait another 5 years or so 😂😂 last time I actually look into something new was the beyerdymanic dt 990 pros, but never figured out a good DAC/ AMP combo for them and the correct cables an what not
A few days ago I had a nightmare that I got the new release - on cassette - and had to break into someone’s home to steal their Walkman to listen to it. Yes, I have issues.

😂😂😂😂
I can't wait for the full release. I have the feeling that allo the songs tie together to tell the entire story.
This is one of the 10 best "prog" songs I've ever heard. A masterpice!
Opeth rules
Never dug the growling, to me it ruins an otherwise cool 😎 song. IMHO 😢😅
thats an aquired taste, give it a time and you may become obsessed with it!
It doesn’t ruin anything, their stuff without the growling is at best subpar compared to their old stuff.
I’m definitely not a fan growling but in this song it really makes sense. I have to admit I dig it. I dig it a lot!
The "growling" adds atmosphere. Also, most Opeth songs are written as a story, with a theme, and the "growling" portrays, usually, the protagonist.
