I reached the point where I was actually addicted to exercise. The "high" I would get from having my metabolism in full energy mode coupled with the springiness of my muscles was a feeling I just had to continue on a daily basis. (It also made for better sex - MUCH BETTER sex.) Now that I'm older, I'm not so "addicted" anymore, but I still keep my metabolism going with at least 3-4 intensive workouts per week (so far it's kept me below the average weight gains for most guys in my 60s age group - and I would add that it MIGHT be a factor as to why my body hasn't aged as much as the bodies of my peers). KEEP THE BURN GUYZ!

Honestly I feel like Aaron when I see this clip.... I have a twin brother and he is so much fitter than me and we are always competing at everything. The worst part is that you are exactly the same in genetics, so you feel like you should be just as good. Fortunately I am a straight A student and he is a C/B students so that maybe makes up for it...
