Everybody looks way older in the Toei anime. In the manga he looks very similar to his appearance here with little to no wrinkles at all. His age is never stated, but 35-40 is probably a good guess.

Kaioh looks too young. In the Anime he was at least 50 but here he looks 40. Does anyone know if in the Manga the mentioned his age?
