I like “starter” pens. So many of them write beautifully.
I have one of those glass pens. It’s definitely not my favorite, but it’s serviceable and I don’t worry about taking it travelling.
I hope you’ll do a Second Takes on those clips. I’ve tried similar ones, but they always end up tearing the pages. It would great if these are kinder to paper.
    Enjoy your new haul!

The Lite Touch has a new type of ink that is supposed to be even smoother and darker than the regular Jetstream ink. Either way, I definitely agree that Jetstreams are some of the best ballpoint refills out there, although I'm still slightly more partial to the Pilot Acro as it isn't shiny like every other ballpoint ink.

Right. I found that out about the Lite Touch after I recorded this, meant to add an aside about that, and then forgot to do it. :-P I like the Acro as well.

I like the Kakuno, but when posted the lip of the cap hits me in a bad spot, and it's pretty short for me to use unposted. So I don't use the one I have any more. Love those index clips, so I ordered some.

Interesting! I've never felt that with the Kakuno, but I totally know what it's like when a cap is just not quite in the right place. These clips are pretty great. I'm glad someone suggested them to me!
