Omg, omg, finally! Yay! I had a lot trouble with names, two videos really helped, I think you'll like them two! I wished I'd found them sooner, silly me trying to tell them apart based on haircolor (and how much I fall in love when they smile). In the MV's they look serious and change their haircolor like every time! 😜 The first is Lullaby: th-cam.com/video/rSq1URfEEC8/w-d-xo.html The second is Trust me, or gwaenchanha (괜찮아): th-cam.com/video/aXFPbEdbe9M/w-d-xo.html Both songs are awesome ballads, and the video is slow moving so you can see the faces well. With the names in the subtitles they are just perfect for getting to know these awesome girls! ps in the same video you could react to July 7th (Korean Valentine's day?), but that video doesn't have the names in the subs. There is a funny version of July 7th and of Chase Me that would be gold in a video after that.

Yessss it's always satisfying when new people discover this group, cause even when the music style is not their favorite they can still appreciate. I mean all of the members can sing (including Dami who can actually show surprisingly soft and sweet vocals), most of them can also rap (maybe all but I haven't heard Handong or Jiu rap personally), and all of them are fantastic dancers.

Between Fly high and Full moon (full moon wasn’t an actual comeback it was actually a special 1st Anniversary single for fans; InSomnias), between those months they didn’t have a comeback because some of the members went to mixnine but shortly after joining they left the show to go on their tour in Brazil and after their tour in brazil they released “Full Moon”, then after that they went to their tour in Europe (small tour and concerts) and after all that, now it was their actual comeback with “You and I” if i’m not wrong.

one of the coolest things about dreamcatcher is the diversity in their b-sides! some of my favourites are sleep-walking, july 7th, lullaby, and there was no one left and mayday!

I discovered dreamcatcher in a video about best kpop intro dances and I liked the tones I heard so I decided to check them out. Then I became obssessed.

Their MVs are episodic: Chase Me, Good Night, Fly High (Prequel). And their concept is Nightmare. In Fly High, the girls kill a witch spider and all of them get cursed. And now, they become Nightmares, trapped in an alternate dimension and their unending struggle to break free. Each girl represents a different type of nightmare, from being trapped into an enclosed space, to physical possession to telekinesis. Hence, the 2 contrasting outfits you see - representing the light and dark versions of themselves. They do a lot of english covers too. You can check them out! :)

I dunno if anyone has told you this yet but before they were Dreamcatcher, 5 of the members were part of a group called Minx, which was a much more typical cutesy Kpop GG. That being said their first debut song was actually really dope and really showed their incredible vocal ranges...

Have to recommend you to check out some of their cover videos, a few I recommend highly are 'Regret of the Time' (서태지와 아이들 - 시대유감), 'Secret Love Song' (Little Mix cover by Yoohyeon), 'Lucky Strike' (Maroon 5) Stan Cover QUEENS!
I watched this entire thing (one month late but better than never) i'm so glad you ended up enjoying them! Besides kpop I actually listen to metal so Dreamcatcher being my favorite kpop group makes sense, but I'm so glad when non rock/metal fans give them a chance because I think they make music good enough for people who don't listen to that usually. Since the stuffs with Pristin and Pledis were hot issue last week, I just want to say that Dreamcatcher company is probably the best company that manage girl group right now. Their fan service is beyond amazing.
I just want to tell you that there are so much contents left for you to explore Dreamcatcher. Their special clips (B-sides, covers, dance practice, live stages, performance dance, etc.) and also their notes and vlogs. Basically inSomnia (fandom name) are really the luckiest fandom ever to have these much contents. They post regularly almost everyday. They even post their normal daily stuffs on their channel. Go check them out on you free time.

Their MVs are episodic: Chase Me, Good Night, Fly High (Prequel). And their concept is Nightmare. In Fly High, the girls kill a witch spider and all of them get cursed. And now, they become Nightmares, trapped in an alternate dimension and their unending struggle to break free. Each girl represents a different type of nightmare, from being trapped into an enclosed space, to physical possession to telekinesis. Hence, the 2 contrasting outfits you see - representing the light and dark versions of themselves.
They do a lot of english covers too. You can check them out! :)

a piri is a wind instrument similar to a flute. dc and loona tend to release mv around the same time. fly high and love cherry motion were a day apart and it killed me. fly high was also a prequel, it happened prior to chase me. welcome to the fanclub, we are called InSomnia (in dream)

I dunno if anyone has told you this yet but before they were Dreamcatcher, 5 of the members were part of a group called Minx, which was a much more typical cutesy Kpop GG. That being said their first debut song was actually really dope and really showed their incredible vocal ranges...

I've discovered Dreamcatcher only 3 or 4 months ago myself and totally obsessed now.
Have to recommend you to check out some of their cover videos, a few I recommend highly are 'Regret of the Time' (서태지와 아이들 - 시대유감), 'Secret Love Song' (Little Mix cover by Yoohyeon), 'Lucky Strike' (Maroon 5)

SuA basically has simultaneously a full set of strong ass bones and no bones the way she dances and I cannot get over it.
I watched this entire thing (one month late but better than never) i'm so glad you ended up enjoying them! Besides kpop I actually listen to metal so Dreamcatcher being my favorite kpop group makes sense, but I'm so glad when non rock/metal fans give them a chance because I think they make music good enough for people who don't listen to that usually. They are above genres lol Definitely gonna check out your other video with you getting to know them, and will look forward to more Dreamcatcher content in the future :D

apparently the story of the first three m/v’s is that the girls turned into nightmares when yoohyeon killed the spider that jiu caught at the beginning of fly high, cursing all of the girls and turned them into the nightmares that haunt the hotel in chase me and good night.
