I dont think Kev sanding afterward is less importen or less better than the actually cleaning. From the footage shown in the end, it looks just as satisfying to watch as the rest of it. He deserves his share of recognition as well! :)
I will say this: You have a good team. Take care of yourself Sid. Don't over do yourself. Everything looks good.

Great video as always Sid 👍 You may feel like a spare part but it’s at those moments that you need to remind yourself that none of these jobs would be happening if it wasn’t for the hard work you’ve put in building this business from scratch. You also need to give yourself time to heal, as much as you want to get stuck in, if you don’t let it heal properly then it could get worse or cause you long term effects for the future. Being self-employed doesn’t give you the same luxuries of time off sick as being employed but whilst you have Kev, you really need to focus on the videoing aspect and let Kev take the lead with the manual labour. The best businesses are those that can run when the boss isn’t around just as well as when he is. Health is more important than anything else. Whilst recovering use the time to generate future work, bigger jobs. You have the platform and the portfolio on TH-cam use it to your advantage👍
Great video. Kevin and Cameron did a fantastic job. This job was not just big, it was dirty too. So much grass, dirt and moss. This was NOT one of those easy jobs. Well done everyone!
I'm sorry you broke your hand! I'm also sorry Cam has been sick, but I'm glad he is feeling better now! Cam did a great job with the patio and you did an awesome job trying to help where you could. Kev also did a great job with the patio! Kudos to all 3 of you!
P.S. stop being so hard on yourself! It isn't your fault you broke your hand, and I'm sure Kev doesn't mind helping out while you are healing up. I know I wouldn't mind doing that for my friend/coworker and Kev seems like a nice fellow.
Nice teamwork. You all are getting it done. Very pretty underlying color coming back to function. At this point, a functioning or cleared drain represents "relief", even something to cheer about. Very enjoyable when a job makes a place "look new". Those people made some good choices with having roof and paving cleaning done there. Best wishes on healing, and to all getting the work done. Glad Cameron had some active initial experience and will be able to start his own business. Was admiring Kev's roof technique. Good to hear he has been behind the re-sanding as well.

Fell asleep watching this (because it is relaxing...not because it's boring 😁) and the sections without music gave me odd little dreams. Two sped up pressure washers going full pelt sounds like a pair of dancing wasps in my brain!

Another awesome video. Those transformations are amazing. Great job to Kev and Cameron on this big job. And don't feel bad since you are injured, you still did some work and probably helped the guys out with stuff that made it easier for them. Hope you heal up fast. This would have been a good one to bust out the vacuum on to get all that excess water up so you didn't have to wait for ages for it to dry up. Keep up the videos. Yay crew!!! Sid's been promoted to manager and hates it. Kev was field manager for a bit, did a smashing job. Cam subbed in for his last few days before Albania, soloed with an Ace job. Sid's daughter loved having Daddy with her for a scary thing. All around disaster averted.

Resanding is an important part of the job, one I find almost therapeutical after I'm done cleaning my own driveway/terrace. It's so calming just "brooming it in"...

Sorry you are working through pain. I got my middle finger knuckle stuck between a cinder block and a riding mower and I yanked it out when I dropped that mower. Messed the knuckle down to the bone. Had to go to work the next morning. I have to admit, it kinda sucked. I was a nurse. Lol you do wonderful work and thanks for sharing your family time with us. 😊

I’m guessing the new(?) owner didn’t have a proper survey done - it would have picked up the drainage probs that desperately need sorting out!

I got hurt again yesterday too. Thankfully the break this time was just an avulsion fraction and a sprained wrist. Thankfully the metalwork in my ankle held up to the fall.

This was a enormous property with a strange layout , little in the way of drainage and you one handed aswell but you all still managed to do an amazing job
