@@gilga3554 there is no limit to what she can absorb, I think the only reason she isn't considered Omega is because she can't control what she absorbs case in point she could not stop herself from absorbing Claw when he attacked her. So anything Black Bolt could throw at her she could take.
Dazzler is really underrated but a great character who had a great desire to become singer but is willing to leave the dream behind to stand up for mutantkind.
The Dazzler cameo in Dark Phoenix was one of the bright spots in the film, and made me wish we could have explored that world a little bit more. I feel like they tired to shove too much in that movie...

Converting sound to light would actually be very effective in any confrontation. You can’t fight if you can’t see. If the light she produces is bright enough, she could even damage opponents eyes.

dazzler is definitely an underrated mutant as depending on the writing and how they power her abilities, i can potentially see her in omega form. imagine her able to strip sound from an entire world. it would be as if everyone on the planet became deaf; so knowing well when we aren't able to hear, it will mess with our equilibrium in our mind and more than likely to scream to attempt to hear any sound, which will only power dazzler more. any sound absorbed/created will power her indefinitely which she can either blind foes permanently or alter perception of; from her ability to manipulate mood. and in her omega form, she could just be the best in covert ops; as she can make her team be attacking at close quarters but their enemies won't know what hit them. plus, the likelihood of her able to easily absorb worlds of sound, she could potential move/teleport between galaxies/dimension on her own/or with her team? plus with her dazzling persona as an entertainer, i imagine her team of covert wouldn't need to be stealthy or inconspicuous in movement or attire, as she is a master of light bending/sound absorb, the chance of influencing not only the sense of hearing but seeing nothing as she can camouflage herself/her team from plain sight. with her mood altercation powers, she can temper with emotions easily so why not hypnotic powers? able to influence people to fall for her or make foes fight for her side, turning enemies into temporary allies at the heat of battle is a terrifying power indeed. hard to imagine, but she have been able to release sound from absorbing too, so it is not far fetch to think she can create energy barrier or make powerful blows from punches/kicks from either sound/light manipulation. also having trained with the X-Men, it is a given to be resistant to powerful physic probes, and being able to wield light sabers, it is hard not to imagine her able to conjure weapons of her choice to fight? imagine throwing light shurikens? she may be able to be a flawless ninja! so yea, i love her character the first time i saw her in the comics.
Dazzler could use her power *kinda like* Mystique or Mastermind (yes, I know his powers are actually psychic in nature) and make holographic overlays. In effect, she could look like other people and fool others. The writers just aren't imaginative enough. She might even be able to make an army of holographic duplicates to distract enemies.
Team Dazzler all the way! My favorite mutant. Back from her original series when she was trying to figure it all out with her Walkman and magnetic clip on roller skates. But I love when they developed her heroism and commitment to learning how to use her abilities to their higher levels. The iconic jumpsuit with blue face paint is awesome, but the later versions are great too. Loved her minor inclusion in Dark Phoenix, but would sure love Marvel to embrace her and give her another shot in the spotlight.

Actually a correction, Dazzler was only granted the Power Cosmic in a What If story, when taking on Terrax all Galactus gave her was a protective aura so she could breathe in space (And not get killed by the Black Hole Terrax was hiding in to escape Galactus). All she had to fight with was her own powers after getting super charged in a sound Chamber Galactus's ship happened to have. Also for Sound Absorption and Storage, you forgot to mention that one application of this power she's used multiple times was powering up by absorbing Black Bolt screaming - Which is powerful enough to destroy a city.
There was a Dazzler power ability not mentioned. When she fought against Colossus, she blasted him with an optic blast to the eyes when he had her in a bear hug and pinned her arms.

Dazzler is super underrated. How can u say dagger, of cloak n dagger, is strong and dazzler is weak when dazzler can do more powerful things with light, except that healing, hope reading/stealing thing.
Something for the researchers/writers to double check, but I vaguely recall Dazzler’s entry in the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe indicating Allison could not use her unamplified voice to power her sound to light conversion. So putting her in a sound proof box could be a way to nerf her.
The issue is with her is that people wrote her off in the beginning because her comic had no memorable villains. Her light gun bullet is seriously underrated
People confuse playful and good natured for weak and powerless. Give her powers to a character with an ounce of malicious intent or malice and that notion quickly fades away. Why she's not moving at the speed of light, causing people to have seizures, shooting lazers, etc... is just a choice in tactics for her.
That would make a great story for an Animated Cartoon Series. The only questions left to ask are (1): who would produce it (not Disney*), and (2): who would help Them become even greater as a Light-based Fighting Duo? The job should go to none other than to Matt Murdock, A.K.A. 'Daredevil'*, because He has practiced Martial Arts and numerous other Fighting Techniques at such an early age, all without the use of His Eyesight. Since He was blinded by Radioactive Chemicals, His 360⁰ Degree Sound-Based 'Radar Sense' allows Him to see and fight without being blinded by Dazzler* and Jubilee*, but even He would need specialized Noise-Canceling Sound Dampeners (made by Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic*) placed over or directly into His Ears to protect Him from when both Dazzler* and Jubilee* activate Their Sonic Abilities around Him during Training and Battle.
I know it's pretty taboo at this point, but I LOVED Dazzler from the Ultimate XMen reveals that her powers might actually be subatomic and/or quantum in nature, meaning she was a closet OP.

I am surprised that Dazzler has not had a series in which she is a light and/or music goddess.

I think u should change powers to feats.. Dazzling powers but her powers aren't confined to sound her abilities are very similar to Sue Strom some can she make herself invisible or change the specific direction sound is heard in other words mask her presence from others a form of invisibly and bend light and sound round herself similar to the invisible woman and is her mutation similar to Starhawk in GOG is there a connection between these characters?
