    This workout is perfect for late 3rd trimester, I struggle with 40 seconds, but 20 is enough when you're heavy 😂. Thank you xx

    I feel so out of power these days, beeing 30 weeks pregnant. But I absolutely love your workouts. It's hard enough for me, I'll feel it tomorrow and I just feel I've done something good for my body. Thank you so much, your workouts never get boring. ❤

    Thank you for your videos! I just had my third baby and the best unmedicated birth experience yet! I followed your prenatal exercise videos as well as videos for labor and birth and I believe they truly made a difference! My body was ready and my mind was too.

    37 weeks. Work outs start at 4:45a to get to work in time. I have a toddler so I gotta do what I gots to do. Gettting close to the finish line 😅🎉

    Thank you. 15 minutes is just fine for me. I don't love to workout. I just do it because I know it's beneficial, especially since I'm 41 and my body is not as strong as it was 10 years ago, my belly is quite big for the beginning of 2'nd trimester so I absolutely need to keep in shape inorder to see this pregnancy through.

    I've been dealing with miscarriage signs all 1st trimester and was not allowed to do any kind of effort or exercise so I'm really shocked to see that these are all safe exercises for normal pregnant women 😅... hopefully soon I'll be able to join gently.

      I’m in a similar situation, just dealing with Subchorionic Hematoma (small placenta detachment) hoping to get medical clearance in a week.

    14 weeks prego and this workout is helping me get back on track. I can't believe how sore i was the next day after doing this just once! You dont feel it so much while you are doing it, but the next day you will be sore! 😂

    I love the workouts don’t get me wrong you very instructive as a coach and it very much appreciated but timing is Important for me and it like taking two steps forward and one step back when I have to pause between workouts just to keep up with you so maybe just work on your time and maybe try some workouts with a currently pregnant woman . I just didn’t find that you can do diaphragmatic breathing with theses exercise , it’s not enough time. Beside those two you were perfect and appreciate everything your doing for the pregnant women community 🙏🏽

    I really liked this workout, but at 35 weeks I struggle to do side plank. those 5 minutes or so I lost my heart rate
    But love, loved the other 10 minutes of the workout!

    Just what I needed, 32 weeks along. Didn't have the energy for a weight lifting routine today. 15 min medium heart pump can do tho. Thank you for your videos!!

    Would recommend stretching if you haven't been very active prior to doing the workout. It will make you sore lol

      So glad i saw your comment I'm 5 weeks 6 days I'm seeing the weight in my love handles and I literally do not eat alot I'm on keto and intermittent fasting I eat two small meals a day which is enough as I've been doing this for two years but I'm like how am I gaining weight already😭😭 something must be done!😂😢

    I don't know if that was pilates, but parts definitely seemed foreign to me for prenatal exercises.

    Hello !! Are your workouts safe for twin pregnancy ?? I love doing your workouts and have always done HIIT style training for years but I just found out I am having twins. I wanted to know if it is still safe to do your normal workouts with a twin pregnancy ? I’m all new to this 💕 love your workouts !!

      Assuming no complications along with your twin pregnancy then they should be. You can always take the videos in to your provider and scrub through with them too. Congratulations on twins on the way!!!! ❤️❤️

    Can anyone explain why I’m burning 500+ calories without any activity in my second trimester

      In my second too but recently watched a video in which were supposed to increase our calories by about 300.
      But definitely reach out to your doc to review others causes.
