as I see you havent watched post credits scene at the end when ruijierd shoved himself after aisha and norn ended arguing and saw rudeus the ending song was fire so i dont know why peaple are just skipping it its cover of japanese hit from 00s covered by nanahoshi s va shion wakayama song is called tsubasa and its originaly by under graph
@@BaselessUpen good I was suprised that you talk as if you arent sure who the person is even throught it was right in the most significand part of post credits but the song is fire im literally listening to it nonstop and piece the lyrics together to narative there are 2-3 videos with eng subs on youtube full ones so you can do reaction to it or even aninews cut content videos they are great
Legit, this episode felt like what I felt in the light novels, and that has been rare I found ever since the og director left. This might mean that the new NEW director genuinely understands the source material to adapt it properly. We didn't get much of that in cour 1, so I'm glad it's like they're finally doing a comeback with awesome directing and knowing which scenes to cut and retain.
@@BaselessUpen did you skip season 1 or something. He constantly has to cast healing magic on Eris when she gets seasick. And thats not the only time he does it either.
Very good episode but kinda felt like that Nanahoshi's depression got cured a bit soon as it was took a few days solve her problem in the LN and Sylphy was a little bit of jealous of Nanahoshi plus she even took baths in his house. Norn and Aisha returned around night-time. And I also remember that Rudy and Sylphy having an entire conversation during the party
@@BaselessUpen me too as they'll be adapting 2 or 3 volumes this season on which they're doing a very great job unlike some other studio who fail to get the most easiest scenes right cough, cough
The anime can't really delve into that too deep because of obviously the runtime issue that always all anime encounters, I also feel the same way on this matter especially since most of rudeus' inner monologues are cut and we can't see how his mind has evolved throughout the story.
I love these reviews especially from the standpoint of an anime-only and a person who really understands the messages that are intended to be delivered in this story.
Nanahoshi gets progressively more sick as time goes on it starts with flu and constant coughing and gets worse from there. Its the reason why she doesn't want to know people of this world or to get to know it better. To treat it as a fantasy and not a real place. And want to escape it back to reality. It's so wierd that the anime completely skips this. It's pretty important part of her character. She literally cannot stay in this world even if she wanted to
3:55 I wish people would stop saying she is dreperessed you're getting totally WRONG. Nanahoshi is a person who has lost HOPE! A person does not snap out of depression like flipping switch like Nanahoshi when she saw a solution she never thought of.
I might be wrong but even though Mushoku was the one who popularized most of the Isekai tropes there were still quite a few Isekai web/light novels back then and they were quite popular as well🤔
@@BaselessUpen yes u correct, mushoku not the one introduce the isekai/modern isekai but thanks for mushoku become top in narou web for 4 year (literally from the beggining to the end) it spark other author to try similar thing with mushoku
Peak Isekai anime

IIRC He also directed the 'Taming of the beast girls'' episode which for me, also had Season 1 vibes, and gave me a lot of hope for what is to come

2:22 Just to clarify Rudy CAN use basic healing magic (using incantations) it's just that he can't cast it voicelessly (which Sylphie can).
Thanks for letting me know!
Intermediate as well and he is taking classes on advanced healing iirc.

Yeah, Nanahoshi instantly getting motivated was a bit odd but I didn't mind it that much🤔

That just because anime cant show time skip properly while in novel u can get "after a week" or something like that

Yeah i'm hoping they bring this up in a later episode though anime adaptions always end up skipping things. Would be nice to see.

Didnt they say he just couldnt do healing magic without an incantation?
Yep some people clarified me
It wasn't impactful enough everything was resolved 15 minutes later.
