If you're going through your first break-up, I'm so sorry, that's such a painful thing to go through and I'm so sorry. It hurts, but eventually the pain does lessen. Carl doesn't have a breakup video yet, to my knowledge, but Mary does I'm pretty sure. I know she has a ton of other advice type videos. Regardless, I think Carl giving the advice would be the gold.
Time heals all wounds. Don’t make any big decisions while you’re hurting, though. Sometimes you’re upset or angry and want to lash out or curl into a ball. Crying is fine. Being sad is fine. Just don’t do anything harsh while you’re getting over this. Think good things about yourself, realize there are so many people out there and one (or more) of them is great for you-you just haven’t met them yet. Hang in there, feel what you’re feeling and know it’ll pass, and think of it as a new opportunity. You are important and worthy of love no matter what.
