Just made this for my wife. The avocado oil makes all the difference! I always used olive oil prior to this. The twice baked potatoes were the star of the show! I added a little crispy bacon and some cheddar crumbles. They came out perfect. My wife hated spinach until last night. Your creamed spinach was "heavenly" according to her. She also loved the lettuce wedge salad and now wants the all the time. I think I've created a monster... Going to try your hangover burrito tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Yeah I agree but, the benefit of it is you can buy it and leave it in there for months at a time without worrying about it going bad and its probably cheaper than fresh spinach... as a broke person, always looking to get stuff for cheaper and still get good flavor

As a Buffalonian, my mouth is literally watering at the bleu cheese dressing. That looks out of this world.

Great job! All looks delicious! You should’ve made a dry vodka martini for the ultimate steakhouse dinner!

I've been an uncle since 1989. THIS I could eat. Not quite as raw-to-rare as you usually warm over thick pieces of beef. Almost actually done. Thanks.

I would love to see Sam cook a sea food gumbo or a spin on a quick midday snack

The first sirloin he tried looked under med. rare... but I can’t even complain I’d still tear into that fire grilled beauty. Specially with that side dish

Thanks for being out here, Sam. Up till 5AM completing a project, and the time was full of food inspiration.
One thing I love making are smash burgers. I def use the Montreal seasoning with a bit of S&P. My kids are super picky and love them.
Usually, I go all in on one for myself, and recently made one I've dubbed the "Bacon! Cluckin' Bucker". I'll share it with you via your website.

Sorry it's taken me so long to watch this video, Sam. Stuck in that crazy ass winter storm in Texas and haven't had power, heat or water since Sunday night. Finally got power and internet as of 30 minutes ago and first thing I do is turn on the heat and check if you have a new video! Bring it on!

I love your channel! I'd love to see an episode where both Sam and Max cook the same basic dish, sharing the EVO/grill and Chase and Jilli can run the cameras. Then, after the cooking, Chase and Jilli can eat a little of both (with Max back on camera duty) and all 4 of you can make comments. Just an idea.

Love the steak house sides. Best wedge salad I ever had was @ Oscar's in Vegas. Can't get more old school than a wedge salad.👍

Congrats to both on becoming a Bubbe & Zayde! Now if you want to really amplify your steak flavor try dry aging them in the fridge on a rack for at least 24-48 hours after being salt crusted. OM-. It will rock your world. Alex the Cooking Guy, your french compatriot, did it and I never cook a steak differently again. The intense flavor was mind blowing!

Sam, the cheese you used on the potatoes was BRIE (pronounced BREE). It is a French style "soft-ripened" cheese that has a RIND (the part you scooped out the insides from). It is NOT Alouette or Boursín; those are processed cheese spreads and have NOTHING to do with what you used (other than having cheese in them). Keep the great content coming, and your welcome! 😉

One of my biggest pet peeves when eating at a restaurant is when I ask for bleu cheese dressing and they bring me something that tastes more like ranch than bleu cheese. If I wanted ranch I would have ordered ranch. I like bleu cheese and I want the dressing to have big chunks of sharp tasting cheese. This bleu cheese dressing recipe is now my go-to. Thanks.
