thank you so much! i only have one problem. every time i want to import video frames to layers, my photoshop cs6 tells me 'dynamiclink is unavailable' and won't let me import it (the gif from vapoursynth). do you perhaps know a solution for this?
came here from tumblr: does converting an mp4 or webm file to ts have any affect? kpop exciting isnt up anymore and 4sashi (despite me having a wordpress account) won't let me log in so its like practically impossible to find .ts files anymore

You'd have to choose rawvideo in this case! All the other steps should be the same though.

what is the qualité of video you download to make your gifs
Typically 720p+. Usually 1080p or 4K. TS files are like a raw quality type so it’s clearer than any of those or as clear as 4K
