With shenanegans you can (theoretically i guess) beat Mega Satan before even having to see it lives cuz of sacrifice rooms since if you (somehow) sacrifice enough to meet and beat Gabriel and Uriel and get the 50% dark room chance you can kill The Lamb or Mega Satan, good luck pulling that off without cheatengine or some busted mod tho

Fun fact: this is able to be done in a Magdalene run with enough luck, but the Mega Satan door isn't there until you technically officially get the ability to get the key pieces

@@Cacti_Treeman i could, sac room spawns angel mini-bosses,so i got key and fought mega satan(i lost)

@@mishaxpro98 well if you have unlocked Mega Satan yeah, but normally you can't unless you have Mega Satan unlocked which it is easier to go normally and not sac room rig

if anyone wants to fight mega satan before unlocking the rest, using megdalene or any other character for sacrifice rooms and with alot of spare red hearts, you can get both good items, and skip the need to beat isaac or satan by getting to the void rooms straight after more than 12 spike sacrifices and by getting the key from the 2 angels, do note you have to be lucky to get another sacrifice room around the end of the run after beating mom to get a fighting chance.

You can go shole or cathedral with out it lives if you get a devil/angle room when killing moms heart

or you can discover the dark room for the first time by using sacrifice room spikes 12 times like my dumbass (i unlocked the forgotten before beating it lives)

Wait hold on I just finished doing a Cain run reminder I am new I killed mom’s heart 6 or 5 times and I just fought Issac I used sac room and got sent by the angel room is this a glitch?

the sac room can teleport you to the angel deal that can happen yes

​@@Cheeseburder any devil or angel room you get in womb II only works as an access to sheol or cathedral. But you get perma access only after you beat it lives.

The very first mom kill has to be done without any mods to unlock further progression - after the first kill you can turn them one again

You need to beat the lamb or blue baby first for this to work
