Most impressive what you've done withit. Very nice! I wish I still had mine; years ago had a 64 Dart GT convertible, equipped with similarly to this one but with three major differences; 1) mine was black; 2) had the large 225 six, but most importantly, the factory 4 speed offered only for 64 and part way into 65. But, my car was front the mid west and snow country; the salt made it like Swiss cheese and I was broke at the time. If I could find it today, I'd fix it.

When my client first saw this car it had a tree growing out of it. It is from Canada. He has since sold it. Thanks for watching and your cool story. Cheers!

That is one beautiful car! I have a '63 GT Convertible. Needs some work, but it's not too bad. I am swapping a 300 hp Magnum Crate Engine in & possibly a 4-Speed

Hi William. Thanks so much for watching. I really appreciate your comments as does the owner. He is a very cool guy who winters here in AZ. They are actually from Canada where it gets pretty cold and snowy in the winter. I met him at a local MOPAR show a couple of years ago. He was really cool to interview. The car actually had a tree growing through the engine compartment when he found it. I'm really glad you liked the video - plus having your birth year is a definite plus as you indicated. Stick around for more. I just shot a video of an Army Veteran who started the family 1965 Dodge Dart for the first time since 2001. it has over 600k miles on it. The story is remarkable. It will be published Veterans Day as a tribute. Thanks again William. Be sure to watch the Thunderbird video of the 1964 Thunderbird painted Peacock blue published very soon. Cheers! #driveitlikeyoustoleitbitches

Thanks for your comment. It is a great resto. The owner was proud of it being a Canadian model which makes it even more rare. He recently sold it though. Thanks again for watching Marc! #driveitlikeyoustoleitbitches

Hi Ronnie. Thanks for watching and your comment. Where was home in AZ? This car was owned by a Canadian who transported it to Surprise. He sold it just this past year. Thanks again for watching and your cool comment. I love the AZ look. Laid back, casual yet somehow cooler than most other locations.

That's in better condition than the '64 Dart GT 273 my parents bought new. My contribution (I was just out of high school) was to persuade them to get the V8 instead of the Slant 6!

Hi Heather. My apologies for the delay in my response. I have been dealing with a stolen phone. Thank you so much for your comment. The owner and his wife are terrific people and the video was a hoot to shoot. Way too much fun. Stay tuned for more cool stuff such as this.

At first one gets the impression he “did it all himself”. Later hearing he owned a body shop, with many employees and he knew all the best people that did engines, chrome, etc.. Three months sounds a little less taxing considering it’s real likely he did not in fact do it all himself. Some may say I’m being a prick but I say give credit where credit is due. Lots of things in life take a team effort and that’s ok.

Thanks for watching. Yes indeed, great comments and insight. I just hope that the people involved with this car were able to watch the video and receive some form of gratitude and recognition for their efforts and end result. The car has subsequently been sold. Thanks again for watching. #driveitlikeyoustoleitbitches

Good day to you sir this is one of the most beautiful vehicles that I've seen in decades the work that you've done to this is incredible and like you said it's a cruising car and I understand not a race car and not intention of that but just out of curiosity just showing what's in your garage is just impeccable but this vehicle by any chance is it for sale or you contemplating selling it if so comment and we'll go from there if that's possible if not please let me know and I understand no hard feelings because I'm into diecast old vehicles I have a 2000 XK8 and it's just gorgeous and when the tops off it's like you're free all your cares and woes go into the air and just Cruise and have a great day thank you sir for your time and again love the vehicle thanks for allowing it to be viewed in the public but again bottom line is it possibly you're contemplating in selling thank you sir take care God bless you and your family

Hello Robert. Thank you for watching this episode. The car has been sold to an unknown buyer a couple of years ago. Your kind comments are reflective of the passion and dedication the owner who did the restoration felt. It was a riot to ride in and video. I love my drop tops as well. Currently the only drop top we own is our Jeep Wrangler. Thanks again for watching! Be sure to subscribe if you haven't done so already. Cheers!

That's the magic of producing videos - I get to do what I want. Having a faceless channel isn't a good thing, especially considering I am the host as well as conducting an interview. Besides - I have a pretty face. LOL
