  • Construction of an eco-friendly home has several options. Making bud bricks with local mud (after testing the quality) and other ingredients is one of the most eco-friendly ways to build a home. In this video, we learn about making mud bricks and other steps in construction of the walls with these mud bricks. Mud is tested, crushed and filtered to get fine dust type texture. Mud, quarry dust, lime and GBBS are mixed in mixer. This mixture is compressed in a compressing machine to make compressed bud blocks. These bricks are cured with water for 28 days and they are ready to be used for construction. A team of 8 skilled workers can produce about 450 to 500 bricks per day. These bricks are made at site only and immediately used to construct walls. masons and laborers have to be careful and should have required skills in the construction process. Eco -friendly home is a product of love for nature. We need more companies, cadres and consumers who want eco-friendly homes, to make our homes more eco-friendly and our lives healthy.

Thanks for sharing! Very helpful! 1. Could we please still get a rough estimate for this house? What's the area? How much would it cost overall? How many months?
    2. It'd be great to see any final pictures of previously completed houses by Raju garu.
    3. There are so many different ways of making mud bricks. Is there any specific name for this one?
    4. Also, where do they send it for testing? Hyderabad itself or somewhere else and it's related costs.
    Thankssss ❤❤ love your videos!!
