Sam... How much of your itinerary was pre-planned from the very beginning? Or did y'all just figure out as you went what flights to take or places to stay depending on how long you wanted to continue to stay somewhere?
Hey! You guys have been on my mind, I hope you guys are doing ok after the hurricane. We had a rough outline of countries we wanted to go to before we left (largely based on best weather and trying to be off season away from crowds). Then we would typically plan 2 weeks out(ish). We definitely had days where we were looking for a place to sleep that same night and then other times we had plans for about a month out. We bought flights along the way based off of what was the cheapest and what we felt like doing. There were always pros and cons to both planning too much or planning to little. 🙃
