    Cooking time short, ribs are juicy, full of flavor, tender and absolutely delicious. I added a little soy sauce as well. Very good presentation on TH-cam ❤!

    in Costa Rica we have a similar plate but no ribs but rather steak...it is call "casado" meaning 'Marry" and the rice is made with black beans.

      I don’t but it’s a combination of garlic and ginger powder, all spice, cumin, mustard and cloves… absolutely flavorful!
      You could find the Chief Brand, Dry Jerk Seasoning at any Supermarket or the Korean or West Indian Grocery.

      Here is a link on how I prepare my green blend.
      It could be use in any dish
      The main ingredient are scallion & thyme, garlic & onion and pimento peppers if available
      Every other ingredient is just a plus
