Whats funny is I actually am a hardcore gamer. But after my first semester finishing here in PTA school, I actually feel guilty everytime I am NOT studying. I actually chose studying over gaming and I never thought that would be possible. I play a ton of Teamfight tactics recently because it works my brain. I feel more accomplished studying than ranking up in league or any other game.
The best way is to have intrinsic motivation. Meaning, you are actually interested in the material. Everything you described in this video is extrinsic motivation

The editing skills are fine if not a little overdone, good b shots and script. but 1 thing you really NEED to upgrade on. is the audio quality. having bad audio is the number 1 sin on TH-cam. i had to go click off the video to check it my headphones broke all the sudden. the audio doesn't need to be super high but this is way below standard. sounds like a cheap laptop microphone from 2007. this could maybe even be fixed with a little post processing of the audio.
I know this is totally irrelavent, I have a subject where I need to start my own TH-cam channel where they will guide me and help the whole class make a TH-cam channel. In this I need to do a lot of case studies But your channel is interesting You have a nice hook line Your voice is clear, Your communication is effective, Your video quality is very high, But why did you not grow? This is something I need to talk with my teacher If you have any Ideas please help me

I don't know if you have played it but I would definitely recommend it from a mental health perspective. In this game you start completely weak, deprived of resources and weapons, having to fight enormous bosses and enemies, discover puzzles, just like dark souls games. I really love the games from this company (from software), and have been playing all of them since dark souls 1. I think it helps me to achieve more and be more productive, but I must be mindful of addiction

I’ve never played elden ring personally but I’ve heard a lot about it! It sounds like a lot of dying after one hit tbh and made people quit early 🫣
