    The way they taught you is correct. The way they're doing it could probably lead to a wrist/arm injury in my opinion.

    Damn during the hang clean max outs there not letting the bar roll to there chest puts alot of strain on your wrist.

    None of them are using their legs at all, and that is were the power comes from when a person does a clean

    awesome vid.. agreed tho, "Shoot the elbows" when cleaning any kind of weight.. technique was bad..

    they're form isn't perfect but it's pretty good. maybe you should start cleaning that much weight and then tell me where your form goes.

    Terrible form on the Cleans. Teach them how to recieve a bar, and take the straps off! Yes it lets you move weight but none of those guys are clearing their hips! The whole reason for doing cleans is the Triple extension!!! They are all pulling with their upper body as opposed to pushing with their legs. On the catch, get the hips back and get that bar back on the shoulders and recieve the bar!
