We are blessed to have a scholar like Syed Baqar. He has so wonderfully combined the knowledge of Islam with modern sciences. In the modern times sometimes The Muslims in general are considered to lack scientific temper and acumen. But if anyone wishes to negate that argument can watch this and other lectures and for sure he will change his opinion about the Shiites of the Ahlulbayt a.s..Afterall the knowledge of all the Shiite Imams specifically Imam Mohd Baqar a.s. and Imam Jafar e Sadiq a.s. was divine. It is irony that even the Muslims themselves have fallen much short to recognise the knowledge of Ahlulbayt a.s. needless to say about the Western world. So it is imperative on all of us to let the world know about the magnanimity of the knowledge of the Imams and therefore Syed and entire team of All Hujjah Seminary deserve a big kudos to take up this noble task.
    May Allah bless them all.

The system of Allah (swt) is based on Goodness, truth, purity, beauty, piety, justice, compassion, dignity, honor, certainty, clarity, morals, principles, discipline, harmony and peace. Whereas the system of Dajal is the opposite of everything mentioned above.

How was Adam (AS) on earth only 7000 years ago if the prophets use to live for approximately 1000 years?

    • @learntostrive2341
      @learntostrive2341 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Not all prophets lived 1000 years. And multiple prophets could have lived at the same time in the world. As every nation had prophets, and people lived in different continents.
From Hadith we have approximate ages of prophets and which prophet came before whom. Through that Adam a.s lived approximately 7000 years ago

As-Salaamu alaikum, dear Maulana Qazwini. Once again this is your brother & friend Salim Talib with a very controversial question. Were the present race of human kind born from the incest of Nabi Adam's (A.S.) direct progeny? SALAWAT! 🤲🙂

As-Salaamu alaikum. Here's the problem that I have with all the responses that I have gotten to this question. Everybody says there was no incest. But nobody can answer with Quran or hadith as how the children of Prophet Adam (A.S.) procreate. Could be possible that incest didn't become a until a certain time in creation? Just like a man could marry two sisters at one time, then ALLAH made haram after a certain time. I would like to be provided with sound proof rather than personal opinion & speculation, Insha-Allah. If there is proof. OK? Jazakallah khayr! SALAWAT! 🤲🙂

Incest was avoided by marriages with “Hoor”, the humanoid inhabitants of Paradise
This was also done a second time, after Prophet Noah’s family similarly needed more outside partners to avoid incest with each other

@@corpsefoot758 As-Salaamu alaikum. Please provide me with verifiable hadiths that I can read to back up this claim of procreation through horses, because I have heard this before but no one has ever produced any Quranic ayats or sound hadiths of this claim. They always told me that think that's what happened or they heard that's what happened! I'm of the opinion that whatever ALLAH commanded to happen was halal at that time & he may have changed that after a certain time. I look forward to seeing your proof, Insha-Allah. SALAWAT 🤲

Not “horses” brother, that would be absurd and ungodly. “Hoor” is the word
I don’t have the citation off the top of my head right now but I remember that searching “Life Before Adam Quran Nakshawani” right here on TH-cam will produce a series by Sayed Ammar where he goes over all facets of the earliest mankind in-depth (it has a blue background of tiles, and he’s wearing a black garment). One of the videos in that series went over not just the nature of procreation in Adam’s time, but also the story of Prophet Seth and how he was saved from Cain after Abel’s demise
As for the question of “what Allah commanded to happen”, it is logically impossible for incest to be the origin of mankind because even amongst a village full of first-cousins, repeated incestual relationships cause eventual genetic disasters as all the children are born with severe deformities forever
This phenomenon would obviously be accelerated amongst actual siblings, so Prophet Adam’s descendance through incest is simply out of the question, since the vast majority of us mankind are alive & healthy today

This man is way off and I’m a Shia saying this.
3000-5000 years ago during that time window you have Prophet Musa a.s, Dhul Qarnayn, Prophet Ibrahim a.s.
There are human civilisations being found now that date back to 12,000+ years ago in Turkey. Even the Sphinx in Egypt due to rain falls marks suggests it’s older that 10,000 years.
To throw a number like 7,000 years ago for Adam a.s, even Islamically speaking, is hilarious and completely wrong.
Most Muslim scholars push Adam a.s back as far as 30,000-50,000 years ago.

You can come up with your evidence and then can debate in a decent manner but don't try to insult someone by saying he is far off than a Shia.
If you listen to his lecture carefully you will notice that he has said that humans were there before 7000 years and there were previous human races like Homo erectus,Neanderthal etc before that point of time.

Islam doesn’t not say the evolution is incorrect in its entirety. Allah(swt) says in the Qur’an that look at the seasons as to how through the seasons We change them. They die abs they come back to life. Therefore, it’s obvious that evolution can be seen all around us from trees changing colors and falling to butterflies coming out of their cocoons to human beings going through different stages of physiological ,psychological and spiritual. The part where Islam differs is with the creation of Adam who was not created as an ape( Astaghferulla). The idea that men evolved from apes is complete nonsense. However, Islam doesn’t have problem with those who gladly accept apes or any other animal as their ancestors.

@@goatgoat3847 we all started as a single celled organism and evolved to humans. I really dont know how to make it fit into my religion. But I wholeheartedly believe and know that evolution is fact. Maybe the story of Prophet Adam is not to be taken literally since the verse literally says we were molded from mud which if taken literally would make no sense anyway.
As a med student the biggest piece of evidence that convinced me is that: mitochondria has its own DNA set because a long time ago it was a prokaryote which got engulfed by a bigger eukaryote and morphed into a cell organelle which provides ATP or energy to the eukaryote (now cell). Same for plastids like chloroplast where photosynthesis happens in plant cells.
Let me know what you think.

Even if you have proof that ancestral apes evolved into hominids, you have no proof whatsoever that Prophet Adam himself was a part of that line. In the same way that a she-camel was birthed from a mountain for the people of Prophet Zacharias without parents, Prophet Adam himself can also be birthed without parents
And if you start to claim his formation from clay “makes no sense” only because natural law is your highest priority, then I’m not really sure what form of Islam you’re even following anymore. Allah is not limited by his own artificial parameters for one plane of existence in one specific era of this universe
