Since this is a 2019 Leaf the 40kWh battery, the highest power delivered with the adapter is 47kW. If you have the Leaf+ I believe high 60's to low 70's is obtainable. On the Magic Dock it reached a peak of 28kW at 40% SOC.

Patrick told me I believe u can use a phone battery in the type c slot to do power also bypassing the cigarette lighter plug
