3. Do you need to use resistance?

2)0.74mm wire
3) yes need resistor
4) yes need capacitor
5) need some ruleman
6) need some gears
7) make a construct with ruleman and gears together to get more power because you have to use 12 voltage power, so that reductive power your are going to convert to mechanical power, etc etc .....
Sorry for not explaining all the procedure, but I have no time.
