You are encouraging people to ride on single track trails that bike are banned from obvious safety issues. The bike people are verbally and physically abusive to both hikers and equestrians. You do not have the right of way and at the very least should be yielding to hikers and horses who have the right of way. We will not be pushed of the trails by bikes go back to where you came from

It's in process. Some berms and little stuff built back in. The top half of Confluence is basically fire road though.
