Very good CP, as usual. Do you think they might be repairing leaks with all that Scaffolding? The Bridgewater Canal video was very interesting btw.

The darker boards around the floor pitch are access panels to the cabling etc. underneath
The small boxes you have bought were 'bins' are isolators/fuse etc. to feed the screens/heating/controls etc of the 'enclosure' seating behind the dugouts.

Thanks for yet again another great video mate. At 17.05 when you zoomed in you could make out blue tape. That tape has been placed there to protect against paint splashing. So all that galvanize steel work will be painted. If another 2 floors will add to the 3 other floors. That's my personal opinion. Anyway thanks mate. COYFT

Thanks for this update, Colin. The fourth grace always looks great in sunshine.
    PoI's:
    1) @1:28 mins, I remain intrigued as to what the yellow piping is, seen here now sitting under the barrel-cladding.
    2) It will be easier to see what the scaffolding tiers are for in this SE corner, from the southern perspective, as the natural light will tend to reveal more through the glass and you'll be able to fly lower over nelson Dock than over UU's property.
    3) @ 4:16 mins, a good compromise, I reckon. I shall be looking away as I'd like to find my stone in person.
    4) @ 4:47 mins, the floating pontoons have been moved from the SE corner of the water channel to the NW corner. Have they fitted the last remaining Capping Beam on the NW corner of the Lower Promenade?
    5) @ 7:19 mins, it looks as though the label is a self-made Toffee A4 sheet, cheekily on a very noticeable orange background, specifically to catch the attention of droners. I think I can see the following from the top: RIK-B, 1878 with Prince Rupert's Tower in it, as per EFC logo, Danny(?) Hackett, Up The Toffees, Do Not Install, Please $%£&@~.
    6) @ 9:17 mins, those are the connections boxes for all the screens and communications for the "executive seats".
    7) @ 11:11 mins and after, all the seats mounted on/in front of the bottom rail and also up the stairway either side of the Away Fans section are for stewards, not ball-people. The ball-people will be in front of the advertising boards.
    8) @ 12:02 mins, the 'dark patches' are the steel plates mounted as covers over the cable conduits. The advertising boards are 'mobile' and on feet so they may yet be moved back a little.
    9) @ 13:22 mins and after, I think it's time to stir up the guesses as to what the scaffolding structures are for. What follows is complete 'blue-sky' thinking and just to see what others might think. I have absolutely no evidenced plan idea as to what is going on there, other than it looks as though it's going to involve lots of lighting and electrical connections. As this is the customisation phase I am starting to wonder if EFC have worked out a way to add some extra facilities, which will have lots of extra lighting, such as some form of an open-roofed entertainment area, bar or stage. It could just be all the extra cabling that might be required for Illuminated Branded Signage overlooking the East Plaza, but, it seems a bit much for just that alone.

I hope #3 is a good compromise, i can see both points of view, im undecided if i will be disappointed if i spot my own stone from the air before seeing it in person!

    3 questions....
    What's all the scaffolding for?
Why is the pitch looking so poor?
When are they going to put some Everton signage up around the stadium....

They're repainting the beams coz they used the wrong paint and need to protect against salt water to stop it degrading
