Nothing on CBBC will ever beat the Sarah Jane adventures. It was so un-patronizing and didn’t treat its audience like we were thick. Sort of how the incredibles was a mature yet kid friendly Pixar film. However, throwback to me not being 100% sure whether the kids from Raven actually died or not
sarah Jane is by far my most favourite show from cbbc too. i remember when i was like 5-6 I’d be watching it all day. i really wish they’d put it on bbc iplayer, it’d be nice to re watch the episodes.

@@m56214 4O'clock club was amamzing but only the first 2 series were good. After nathan left it wasnt that great anymore and then after nero started on the show it just went downhill from there in my opinion. Wolf club was also good as were Hank Zipzer, Hetty feather and so awkward was good at some points and boring at others. But these are not so new. When i said current tv was rubbish i meant the stuff coming out right now like the next step, the dumping ground, and all those musical band based shows among many others that are just utter rubbish. I thought the worst witch would be good but after three episodes i got bored.
Funfact: The mouth you see in Trapped belongs to the same woman who plays Auntie Mable in "Come Outside" 🤯

Im 23 and still watch cbbc i aint ashamed. Tracy beaker is one of my fave shows. Oh the nostalgia of watching some of these before school with my mum was best times of my life, wish i was a kid again.
I'm 16 and get what you mean. The series had long finished but they showed reruns before school every weekday. When we'd finished getting ready for school we'd always sit and watch it. So nostalgic.
I wish I 23 again.. haha 31 now! Appreciate your 20s as they go far too quick..
i watch it hoping 1 of these shows will pop up but then i gotta come back to reality and realise that the good shit is gone but at least we can remember all those good times and good shows no1 can take that away from us at least
I'm 18 years old now and I'll still say that some of these shows are iconic, my go to shows were: trapped, Sarah Jane's adventures, young dracula, horrible histories, horrid Henry, my parents are aliens, strange hill high, scooby doo and ofcourse pokemon

Chucklevision is legendary, it made me laugh as a kid and it still does now as an adult.....I don't think CBBC will ever match the shows they made in those early years.

I’m from the USA, but these CITV shows are fun to watch on TH-cam. My personal favorite is Finders Keepers! I absolutely love that show! The fact they made a game show where you could trash rooms of a house and not get in trouble for it, was freaking awesome! All but one season of the show is on TH-cam, and that is the 2006 season. I personally hope that someone someday will post a full episode of Citv’s Finders Keepers from 2006! I really wanna see one full episode of that season just to see the changes they made, the fantasy rooms they used, and the redesign of the rooms of the house. A guy can hope.

If you look at CBBC now there is barely one cartoon. It is mostly teen reality shows based on mainstream fads. I am glad I grew up when I did.

One that's pretty similar to Sarah Jane Adventures but these two kids battling CGI alien things that look like Rhinos or something? Not to be mistaken with Tybo, it was 2 totally CGI characters.
