    INGDREDIENTS FOR LECHON BELLY
    3-kg Pork Belly (whole)
    2-bulb garlic (minced)
    4-medium size Onion (minced)
    5 pcs - bay leaves/laurel leaves
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup salt
    3 tsp crushed black pepper
    5 pcs lemon grass
    2 tbsp Soy sauce
    3 to 4 tbsp cooking oil
    1- bundle spring onion
    Cooking twine

    Hindi po ba masisira yung baboy if 4-6 hrs sya kuya kasi nag iiba yung baboy pag napabayaan tanung lang kuya? Diba pag hindi naka ref nag iiba amoy ng baboy

      Kung dyan po sa atin sa pinas. Mas mainam ilagay nalang sa loob ng ref. Para sigurado na nde masira dahil mainit po panahon dyan satin. Pero so far naman po dahil sa nakababad sa brine solution which is my salt po. Nde naman sya nag aamoy.

      Hello po salamat for supporting our channel. After nyo po iturbo ng may floil ng 1hr to 1 1/2hrs. Aalisin nyo po ang foil then turbo nyo po ule sya same time 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Obserbahan nyo nalang po para sa pagbaligtad baligtad kapag luto na ang kabilang side. Salamat po ule. Stay safe.

      Hello po. Naku salamat ng marami sa panunuod. More or less po mga 60 dhs lang yan.. dpende po sa laki ng pork belly na mabibili nyo. Hindi po kayo gagastos ng malaki. Kaya try nyo na po iluto hehe

      Madalas po kasi kapag hindi natin ginamitan ng foil sa first stage ng pag oven usually sunog na ang balat pero nde pa po luto ang pinaka loob.

      Ok lang po yan set nyo nalang po sa mababang temp like 125 para nde masunog ang ibabaw. Or medyo mababang kilo nalang po ang gamitin nyo na pork belly para nde dumikit sa taas nya.
