I am so stoked with how these jackets came out! They truly look like store bought jackets you could find RIGHT NOW.
I was inspired by these Freepeople jackets because while they're so cool, they're actually quite easy to DIY. By using the Cricut, you can guarantee that all the elements will look "retail worthy" and store bought. It ups the quality of each DIY
I am doing all of these projects with my Cricut Maker 3 because it can cut fabric with a rotary blade, in addition to all other materials, like the iron on vinyl.
You can customize the shapes, colors, placement and design of all these jackets so make sure that this fits your unique style!

I LOVE my Cricut maker it does loads of stuff. I would avoid the Joy though. The projects on design space most have to be paid for. It even cuts WOOD. IT ENGRAVES METAL TOO if you buy the engraving tool.

omg just leave it plugged in and set up for like a month. Just leave it there and randomly test it out. If it's not such a big deal to do it, you'll find yourself using it all the time

Freaking wow! This is so excellent. Did you do some kind of finishing on the leather paint to give it staying power? There a lot of power with owning a cricut. I need a Cricut!!!! I have a picnic business and I make clothing as well, which one would you recommend for me? I get so confused when buying
Hey Hun you could get an older one and just get the software so you can use it like a more upto date one.
I have an air 2 and it's "older" but it works!!! It will cut fabric that has infusible on it and felt/faux leather with the regular blade. Id feel comfortable doing these projects with it. The maker does balsa wood and thicker marerial too that's the BIG difference
Oh wow! IF I remember correctly, the Maker3 is the only one that used the rotary blade. Which is helpful if you want to cut fabrics. The regular bead can cut some fabrics but not all .
@@OrlyShaniShow correct it is just some fabrics. But I'd feel confident doing these since your regular fabric had the iron on adhesive making it more stable. It does not do regular/thinner fabrics very well as it can shred it.

There’s a statement piece I can’t find anywhere, and I’m obsessed, it’s shoe laces through a jacket or hoodie or joggers in a random pattern? It’s random but one brand made it, and I’ve never seen anything like it again! But I can’t figure out how to make it work.
