Proper prior preparation… lookin great y’all 🎉
Thank you!!!!
Hey guys, love your boat and how you made it look. My new-to-me 1982 DeFever 44 is on the way here and I would love to make a similar canopy over the fly bridge, but for the life of me I can't tell if yours is fabric, plastic or something else. Any tips for a new DeFever owner?
It is actually canvas, however there is reinforced metal structure underneath it. The entire canvas/metal blew off when our previous owners were in the channel Islands so they added this reinforced structure. Email us or DM us on Instagram or Facebook (@TheSeaYallLife) and I’ll send you a picture of what that looks like!
What are guys looking at to know if there is fog? My boat is currently at shelter island planning on moving it to Long Beach. Thanks
We listen to marine weather on VHF as well as look at marine forecast for So Cal online.
Any queasiness?....or did you take precautions?
We all took Less Drowsy Dramamine just in case. None of this typically gets seasick but we didn’t wanna take any chances!
