I'm not someone who cries easily - or at all really. I havn't cried since 9th grade and that's pretty much a decade ago. I'm just not made up for it. So you can imagine that there are not a lot of things that bring me to a physically seeable response. This video made me so teary-eyed. You know - the happy kinda tears. I can't really see you as the honorary big sister you are to so many people. But allow me to see you as a warm hearted baby sister that I'm so proud of, even though we don't really know each other.

Carrie, I little under a month ago I experienced a Panic Attack. It was the scariest couple of hours in my life. But I calmed down after a while by watching your videos. I sung along to your covers and songs, I whispered the words to your videos. I took comfort in the fact that you are a flawed person who is not perfect and that you are only human. And now when ever I feel like I'm about to have an Anxiety Attack I just sing Running a Through Rivers in my head and I feel so much more relaxed. Not stereotyping that other people in the same industry aren't or anything but just that sometimes it seems like the 'fame' factor gets to a few people. Aww Carrie! Thank you for this, really. I know you said in the video that you're not perfect, but to me (and I'm sure to so many of the other Hopefuls out there!) you really are. A couple of months ago I was in London, and I bumped into Alex on his way to meet you after a show, and had a little chat to him, and to be honest I was one of those awe-struck people, because I'm an avid watcher of a lot of TH-camrs, in particular you, and therefore through you I've seen Alex in quite a lot of your videos. And then about ten minutes after my chat with Alex, I was walking past Queens Theatre and saw you and Alex coming out, and then ended up walking behind the two of you for about five minutes simply because we were going the same way. I was so awe-struck, I so so wanted to come up and have a chat but I didn't want to interrupt your evening (or Alex's for the second time that night!). But anyway. This video makes me so regretful that I didn't come up and say hello that night. You're honestly my favourite TH-camr, you're just so genuine and I feel like I know you somehow through all of your videos, and I just want to thank you for being there for me and for all of the Hopefuls, and I so hope I get to come and see you in Les Mis before you finish playing Eponine! Some folks don't understand how I can "look up" to someone younger than me, but I just smile because I guess I simply can and they've not learned how the world works just yet.
Carrie is the sister so many of us without siblings, or any family in my case, would love to have. It's an honour for her to feel that it's mutual and to feel it so strongly.

Although we've never met, and I am just one person in a million who wants to say this, I couldn't mean it more. You are an amazing Big Sister. Your videos and your blog give us all the support and friendship we need when we can't turn to anyone else. You've helped so many of us go through so much, whether its a tough day at work or how not to handle a breakup. I'm 24 too. I sometimes feel like I am way the oldest one here, but that never kept me from loving the videos and the people are just so nice. It is nice to know that other people the same age as me are here :).

I never usually cry when Carrie makes "heart-to-heart" or "emotional" videos, but this one really made me feel greatful for all the people in the world like you, who would do something as little as smiling at someone waiting on their own for a bus... and it really makes me appreciate all the people who do little things like that for me. Aww Carrie! Thank you for this, really. I know you said in the video that you're not perfect, but to me (and I'm sure to so many of the other Hopefuls out there!) you really are. A couple of months ago I was in London, and I bumped into Alex on his way to meet you after a show, and had a little chat to him, and to be honest I was one of those awe-struck people, because I'm an avid watcher of a lot of TH-camrs, in particular you, and therefore through you I've seen Alex in quite a lot of your videos. And then about ten minutes after my chat with Alex, I was walking past Queens Theatre and saw you and Alex coming out, and then ended up walking behind the two of you for about five minutes simply because we were going the same way. I was so awe-struck, I so so wanted to come up and have a chat but I didn't want to interrupt your evening (or Alex's for the second time that night!).
But anyway. This video makes me so regretful that I didn't come up and say hello that night. You're honestly my favourite TH-camr, you're just so genuine and I feel like I know you somehow through all of your videos, and I just want to thank you for being there for me and for all of the Hopefuls, and I so hope I get to come and see you in Les Mis before you finish playing Eponine! (And that next time I happen to see you coming out the stage door I actually manage to come and say hi!!)

I'm just a big younger then you, I'm 21 in August and you both seem to have your lives more together then me. I also do see you both as "big sisters" because I'm an only child and I see you guys posting videos of what you are going through, and I think "I'm going through that to".
