    Eat the seeds of a jalapeño, then try the flesh and tell me that the heat comes from the seeds. Stop spreading this misinformation.

    This presentation leaves a lot to be desired. It is flat, dead wrong about chili powder, the history of how chili was introduced to Europe. His history is incorrect. H. Roth & Sons and Paprikaš Weiss, sadly lost paprika and Eastern European foods importers in New York City, sold upwards of 12 to 15 varieties of paprika. Spain was not the vector for pepper distribution or use in Europe and the Levant.
