Thx for the review. Quick tip - the wheel covers need to be between the screws and the frame, simply unscrew the two screws and place the cover on frame and reinsert the screws to attached them. This will hold the covers in place.
Been using for a year. Sunny manual tread mill starts to whine~even if adequately oiled. It has a defect underneath, where the metal brace is mis-designed, interfering with the belt movement. Belt rubs against metal, making this whirring, whining sound.
Do you need to hold the handles when walking? The reason I'm asking is because you are supposed to swing your arms in front and behind your body when walking.
You're right! Never thought about the arms movement. Well, I hold on to the handles. I've also done so when I used to go to the gym. I guess it's all about your comfort level on it. Thanks for checking out my video.
It doesn't have that function. I see it will calculate the speed, distance, calories burned and amount of time you spend on the manual treadmill. Thanks

The incline is not adjustable ,, is too high ? Do you find it comfortable?
Place a piece of wood underneath to adjust the incline
