William was a complete Gentleman. Very quiet by nature but also took time for myself for a quick chat. A massive loss to his Family and the Racing Fraternity.
William Dunlop certainly was one of the good ones. He seemed to be such a good, kind hearted and humble man. The kind of guy who would be the first to offer help to a stranger in need. He was charming and had a quiet confidence about him, yet you somehow knew that when he lined up for a race, it was “game on”! RIP William. The world was very lucky to have had you in it. Even if it was only for a short while.
My sons due date was the 7th of July and he was born on the 11th when William was laid to rest... It bring tears to my eyes when i think of it, something i'll never forget.. Rest easy William, you are and always be the smoothest and cleanest to ride a 600
Nothing compares to hearin Liam announcing during a race while watching the Dunlop brothers race by at a 185mph. I'm so lucky that I have been able to visit their hometown, and attend the Northwest 200. What a great atmosphere to grow up in. Cheers
Love the Dunlop’s & they have suffered so much grief & sadness but as for Liam becket people need to understand this man is not as loyal & honest as he seems as 30 years ago he used to sell cars & robbed many a person into crocked deals ect I will never forget this man as he deceived me & many many others with over priced & clocked cars & pretends he some sort off marker here. I have had enough of this guy on utube doing this & that but hiding his true past from the general public maybe he should come forward & admit the truth about a few things,, shame on you Liam but remember you past always catches up with you. I do want to let it be known I love the the Dunlop family with all my heart ❤️ but this guy is not all he seems & I hope he knows he can’t always hide his past as it always catches up with you some where some time & definitely some place . I genuinely feel he has a lot to hide about his past & genuinely fucked off with him trying to be a such a “GREAT GUY “ when he certainly is not.
My favourite rider ever , still get emotional when i think of that day in skerries spoke to him on the day and as usual William had all the time for me , just chatted about bikes and racing is this the UGP calendar
