Mr Pandey, Manipur matter is very deep. Drugs, porous border and many issues. 10% of population is in hills and deals in drugs. 90% in the valley. When state govt started actions on hills to demolish the drug cultivation, problem started with terrorist from other side of border. Central govt. is fencing the border.
