Hi sir I have 5900 sqm land in prayagraj near airport I want to do plotting in that land, i have visited PDA office to enquire about the same and got different answers whether they will approve layout plan in that area or not some officers say yes and some say no i have also asked them about fees & charges and they all give different answers so I am confused what to do please explain if you can
