This is true but I think the rules work differently in the lower leagues. Not sure to be honest. Either way, if this happens in RL it will be very interesting indeed.
If they are to be relegated they would not be able to keep their players as it would breach FFP alone for each league… they would most likely have to release most of their senior players

@@OdinWhiteHair theyd sell senior players or loan them out eg Girona. They have fantastic infrastructure, reputation, academy system and coaching staff. Theyd be back in the PL within 6 yrs imo. Side note: the charges are up to 17/18, not "the last decade"
